Ruckus Recreational - Capitol Hill

I'm so happy to have Ruckus in Capitol Hill! Staff are friendly, helpful, and quick. I'm always pleased with the selection, and am able to find both old favorites and new things to try.

Always excellent quality flower, super friendly and informative bud tenders and a great low key atmosphere make Ruckus my favorite place to go!

Extremely rude staff, blonde girl would aggressively throw product onto the table when asked... only showed us top shelf and laughed to her coworkers as we left after purchasing nothing. Would not recommend giving these jokers your business.

Had a great interaction this morning with the two budtenders working. Super friendly and just excited to talk about the products with an enthusiast. They had a bunch of options in my specific area of interest. Was a great way to start my day.

This shop is raising the bar for quality in the rec world. Friendly, helpful budtenders, has its own style and attitude. Highly recommend visiting if you love to get high.

Absolutely love this spot! Cozy and laid-back, you have budtenders who will actually talk to you instead of rushing you in and out the door. Great quality product, and looks like they're getting new items all the time. Highly recommend!

This place is pretty hidden away. It's pretty convenient if you live on the hill though. Got a pretty good collection, wish the shop was bit bigger so the selection could be expanded but you can't really help that. Definitely does the trick though.

Great place with laid back atmosphere and knowledgeable staff. My only gripe is if you sign up to receive marketing texts from them, the deal they advertise isn't always available when you go in

This tiny space in Capitol Hill has terrible prices and the kind of customer service that makes you wonder if you're being talked to as a person or a sale. Excitable cliches behind a doll's eyes. The best products can be found elsewhere for fair prices. Not sure why this place exists apart from filling a void in that area. It's pretty much a zero.

Great spot- discreet, not at al overcrowded, and very laid back. Budtenders here are super knowledgable and always ready to give reccomendations based on what you're feeling. Really enjoyed the selection and the product quality was fantastic. Great dispensary! We will certainly be back.

Love this place!! All killer and no filler, but you can still get a great product for cheap.

Low rent. High prices. I thought it would be a good idea having another shop on Capitol Hill besides Ike's, but it's truly just a disappointment. Their menu is terrible and just lists prices not potency or if it's cbd. As a consequence I was in a hurry and just picked something based on price so I could split. I really should have looked at it before I handed over the money, but whatever, I know that's my fault, but I now have two grams of cbd garbage that's useless to me. No warning on the menu or from the tender and of course no returns. Won't be back.

As a medical user, Ruckus has actually been my go-to shop as of late! Why? Because their staff is friendly and knowledgeable, their prices are some of the most reasonable for rec shops, and the quality of product they carry can't be beat. I'm able to find the originally medical brands like Solstice and Gold Leaf at Ruckus for just about the same cost! Highly recommended.

Sold me some bunk edible mints.. Was talking to one dude about the mint edibles and his coworker thought I was talking about another edible and he was hyping it up and telling me it was the best ever but i told him i was talking about the mint ones and he continues along and says it's also the best ever..

There's a lot of reviews about the customer service, but personally I think it kind of matches their vibe. It's not as if they are rude or anything... they just don't put on a fake personality for you, which I sort of appreciate. Overall would consider making this my regular dispensary.
