Ruckus has become my new favorite shop for concentrates. They have an amazing selection of high-end products (Refine, Northwest Concentrates, Skord, Polar Icetracts, Errl's, etc...) but for much cheaper than just about every other shop I've been to, so I can't complain!

I’ve been going here for over a year, moved out of the city but if I’m in Seattle and these guys are open I always like going here. Great products, excellent pricing, they always answer all my questions without rushing me too much (if they’re busy they’re busy and I understand in those cases). I’ve never bought a product from here I didn’t enjoy and always recommend this place to friends, family, and guests who stay at my hotel in Seattle (people ask about weed all the time). Love this place, especially since they remodeled and expanded.

Great selection, great service

This is my favorite dispensary in Seattle! Great customer service, chill atmosphere, knowledgeable staff, and affordable prices. They offer weekly deal as well. Don’t let the small store front fool you, Ruckus is a gem!

I felt pressured to go quickly. I was shopping for my girlfriend while she was at work and specifically asked for hybrids. I was given two Sativas and my girlfriend had a panic attack. The weed the budtender gave me was bottom shelf and tasted like literal garbage. Would never recommend this place to anyone.

I started going to Ruckus for the budget selection and I've stuck with Ruckus for that, the environment and the budtenders. Everyone of of them have been cheerful, kind and helpful. Another shop opened up right across the street from me and I'd still rather walk to Ruckus.

Best store I’ve been in across both Seattle and Colorado. Wide selection, great deals, I’ve never been disappointed in green I’ve gotten from them. They are always bringing in new product, so you don’t get tired of a single strain, but still always have the favorites on hand if you’re looking for a tried-and-true bud. Customer service is just what I want: smart, informed, and not fake-friendly. I definitely recommend this place to all my friends and out of town visitors.

Ruckus definitely caused a ruckus. My wife and I went in with one thing on our mind....buy ganja. The Budtenders seemed as if they didn't want to help and had no knowledge of their product. However, we purchased an eighth of Hindu Sour by Brunwell for $25. The THC was 18.2% So, if you want pretty good quality, low budget weed all while dealing with ignorance from the "Budtenders" then this is your place.

A quaint little shop with a decent sized selection of flowers, concentrates, and edibles. The staff was very friendly and helpful with finding me a few great strains to pick up. I'll be back for sure!

Having visited ruckus a number of times I am quite happy to be a repeat customer. Informed and patient budtenders are happy to discuss the range of products available. While it is a small shop and lacks the overall selection of it's more established CD competition, Ruckus is a much more pleasant shop and doesn't practice the predatory and anti-competitive business that U.I. does. Great neighborhood shop!

Great customer service

This was a must for me. . I'm located at least 2hours north from Seattle and the trip was more than worth it. Amazing recommendations on products and insight on staff favorites. Definitely will return next weekend.

- Quality product unlike their neighbors across the street who shall remain nameless. Very pricey however, products like Gold Leaf Gardens flower is almost $10-$15 more than places like Have a Heart. - Service was good, had a nice gentlemen chat with me about some products as well as upcoming product drops - Atmosphere is decent, just extremely cramped. If you arrive while there's customers at the counter already it's gonna be an awkward wait as you are literally a foot away from everybody else inside.

Alright let's start with the price. Most 1/8's are $60? Hahaha. Nothing for 40 at all. I would rather go to Tacoma and get a 1/4 for $56 during happy hour. Fuck this places and the stupid decorotaions from a antique store? Are you trying to sell weed or old crap?
