Every time has been great. This time I had to call back inside to remind them I was still waiting for curbside. I figured I call them when I started seeing people after me being tended to. I would expect business to pick up, now that the word is getting out. So, a better system to service curbside should be looked into. Everyone is nice and no severe issues. I’m sure Ritual will service the community well.
Ritual has been great! They have had impeccable service even during Covid. I like that I can call in my order, put it through online or just walk-in. Great products and awesome staff.

Was a little tricky to find the first time, but not too bad (turn at the Brandon Woods sign into the final parking lot) - if possible I recommend they add a few more "lawn post" signs in the immediate area to help guide new patients once you are in the business complex area.

What’s not to like?! Always a nice selection of products/strains to choose from. Great deals and the customer service is excellent! Everyone on staff is welcoming, friendly and helpful. My go to dispensary!
I loved it from the moment I stepped in. The hostesses greeting was very sweet and nice . The wait in line was met by local state cannabis swag and products surrounding the room. A pair of ATMs 🏧 sit near an area with pamphlets and interwebs info on cannabis for consumers and connoisseurs . The playlist on the speakers was excellent. The variety of music genres were wide, and it was on point. The best part of the adventure was meeting Sydney The Budtender !
What a cool 😎 person to take care of patients and patience. Sydney steered me towards a few strains from Beezle. She was very informative and knowledgeable about certain terps and strains that I was looking for.
These 0.5 gram carts are the answer to my anxiety. What a great experience in a dispensary. Best in Maryland, IMO

the budtenders as well as the front desk workers are beyond friendly and helpful. Also, the selection of products they have is amazing compared to other places. I do not plan on going to any other dispensary as long as I live here.
Very friendly staff. I did curb side pick up and it was my first visit anywhere, ever. Staff made it easy for me, even as I had neglected to get cash for payment. They created my account for me while I ran to the bank and upon return were overly apologetic about the mix up and following 5 min wait... wasn't a big deal, all good. Got my medicine and was on my way. Next time I plan to stop in and check out the inside. From what I could see they were limiting the number of people in store and everyone was in a mask, even curbside!
multiple times they offer a good sale price on a flower or vape pen that they tell me they won't list unless the have at least four of minimum .we get there 20 minutes later and mysteriously they don't have the item but offer you something else for more money and maybe less THC. it's called bait and switch and if it ever happens again i will be more than happy to contact the Maryland States Attorneys office consumer protection division to report it !
