I love Ritual, I would come here all of the time but it's a bit of a drive. They had everything I needed, I placed the order, showed up and it was perfect and ready to go. My budtender was chatty and asked if I had questions. But it was all good. The only critique is that I wish they would put the terpenes online. I don't shop for THC levels, I shop based on terps. If I wasn't already aware of a baseline on these strains I would have opted to go elsewhere.
I went to Ritual for the first time last week, the security guard there was very unprofessional and didn't know how to talk to me he is a peice of crap. He needs to be retained in his customer service skills because he has none. He will make them lose customers.
Second trip to Ritual. Adam was my bud tender both times and not sure I’ve met another bud tender with the knowledge this guy has. I’ve shopped 21 dispensary in the last year so I’ve met the full spectrum of them. Straight up OG in helping me meet my medical needs with his selection for my health issues. Love it and thank you Adam for getting my meds dialed in. Amazing place, top notch products for a great cost and beautiful dispensary. Atmosphere is simple and to the point and To me that’s perfect. Thank you Ritual I’ll be back even though it’s a 45 minute ride. 💚💚💚💚💚
Very friendly staff.... even saved my first time vist deal...because I got things that were already on sale...staff seems to be great will be back thats for sure.....
Very easy process. Ordered online, order was ready within 5 minutes. When i arrived at Ritual my order was immediately brought out to my car. Definitely will return!!!
