Easy to get to.

rise mundeline was a good experience. the people on the inside DEFINITELY made the experience worth while. all the workers were so sweet, made great conversation, and made me laugh. the environment wasnt great at all tho, especially the outside. its in a super industrial area. idk i just didnt get great vibes here.

it was alright for just picking up a gram.

we have been to many dispensaries in Colorado, so to come here and see this location was a nice refreshing breath of air. the parking lot sucked because it rained and there was some puddles. otherwise this place is really clean, safe and nice. the staff were HELPFUL and actually took time to answer my questions and my wife's. we WILL be back, and we will refer this place to others.

I love friendly staff, organized and clean. Products are top quality and nicely packaged.

Everyone is chill and helpful at this location. They know what they are doing and Have a streamline process for getting you in and out. I have made 2 online orders for same day pickup. Each time my order was ready within an hour. I get there, verify myself, verify my order, pay and leave. They have tip jars at each checkout station. I am unsure about that since i am picking up, but i still put my $2-3 of (paper) change in. Great location.

Rise should open some pure outdoor gardens growing with the sun is better and worth the money

Always enjoy my experience at Rise in Mundelein. Knowledgeable staff, friendly and very helpful. Takes a little bit of planning to visit, especially during the Covid pandemic but I am just happy they are still there to serve both medicinal and recreational customers. Thank you to the staff! After years of shopping for cannabis in CO, I will admit that IL has a long way to go. That being said, I have nothing but good things to say about Rise. I first visited Rise to help my disabled brother make his purchase, and I was so impressed with the friendly, helpful staff and how positive his experience was, I registered myself there and now shop there myself for my medical needs and I can now verify that the quality of the medicine is just as outstanding as the service. Admittedly, supplies are low everywhere, and there aren't a ton of options, and what is there goes fast, but everything I have tried has been outstanding. As far as complaints about the long wait for recreational clients and the shortages of product, all I can say is you can hardly blame a business for being successful.

They are very cheap. Deals are few and prices are high, yes I am on their text message system. Selection is “meh”. I waited all of 2020 for my b-day “prize” only to find out they changed it to only $5 dollars off at discount from what it was a free joint. And when looking at my receipt to only find out they didn’t apply it. Really can’t wait for more places to open up and service the people not just profit.

If I could give more than 5 stars to supervisor/employee, Savanna, I would. Her customer service skills are superior and today, the way I witnessed her expertly attempt to smooth over an irate customer really impressed me. She makes me feel comfortable and well taken care of each time I visit this dispensary. Everyone who works here is great. Knowledgeable and friendly. They run a tight ship. It was my experience today with Savanna that prompted this review.

Preordered online, got put on the wait list, got a text that it was ready. I arrived, showed my text that my order was ready. Less than a 10 minute additional wait. They scanned my DL. Had me look at a temperature screen (COVID) proceeded into the showroom floor. Went to the cashier. Pulled up my order, paid and kept on truckin. Everyone was polite, had masks on and answered all my questions intelligently and on point. When your leaving. The exit is on your left. Not the door you came in on. I’m used to Vegas Dispensaries. Rise is my new spot.

My wife and I were visiting family close to the Rise dispensary so we decided to check out the consumption lounge. IF YOU HAVE NOT BEEN, what is taking you so long? The atmosphere, service, and selection is top notch. The entire lounge is fantastic and shows why Rise dispensaries are the cream of the crop. -Grant
