RISE Dispensaries Mundelein (Adult Use)

I am suffering from MS and this place is great. The people are very helpful and knowledgeable.

These folks are GREAT. They remember their patients names and are pretty knowledgeable and definitely the right mix of professional and friendly. Their menu has LOTS to choose from. Prices need to start coming down soon, like on strains that are low potentcy for example,(I feel) should be priced differently. Only TOP SHELF strains should be $20/gram....again (IMHO)

What a great time yesterday at the Clinic in Mundelein. Great 4/20 party with good food and gifts. The service on a busy, busy day was awesome. Thanks! Mary

Very friendly staff and great products.

There all wonderful knowledgeable smart people there with all very personable budtenders in there employ . These people are the back bone of my meds now mostly . I always get just what I want or I will very soon . They can make it happen and they actually care about you . Thanks for the Moon Rocks guys lol😜👍😤😤😤

Only thing I was upset about was having to pay so Much for one-eighth and limited to just that for flower

Second review-still 5*! The staff are always friendly, kind, understanding and they all have a great attitude towards you the patient. The facility has always been kept nice and and does have a calming interior. Hope this helps someone.

First time visit. Felt completely rushed.. No guidance whatsoever. Really negative experience. Guys jus scrolled so fast on the iPad that I couldn’t even see what he was showing me. He kept saying “is that it?” So frustrated. Will definitely try a different place next time. 👎🏻

Great customer service and did a fantastic job handling a large crowd.

Just there this morning for my first time at a dispensary! NO LINES outside, short lines inside. We were able to park close in street parking. Staff was friendly and worked very efficiently. Not much selection, only one flower available, a hand full of edible options, and vape options

We went to the speakeasy yesterday and again had an amazing experience with Reese as our server and the person training also did a good job explaining how to use each pc of glass we were using. It’s nice to see the lounge evolving over the last several months and i can’t wait for the full lounge to open next month. I’ll be back with more new people next week. Selection is great for sampling different strains.

I found a fantastic product and would say it works for sleep. Snoozzze Berry The Credible Edible! I am someone who does not sleep well and I have to speak for the first time and NOT take a sleeping pill. Ooooh, this works 2 edibles, for me and I slept.

If they don't post the THC amount in their product won't even think about shopping there. The reason I am doing legal purchase is that I know what I am getting. I can buy twice the amount off the street for the prices. I would even drive to Colorado because of their prices and list the THC amount.

Im a medical cannabis patient and this is the closest dispensary to me. Prices are pretty high but that’s Illinois. They have a convoluted points system that you cannot access. So I called & was told one thing get to the dispensary and it’s all wrong! I was even told that the rep was not even there & I specifically asked & was told she was. My bad for not getting a name. Regardless, now receipts, if you can read Hieroglyphics you have a chance. I asked to speak with the manager and was brushed off and offered a free joint wheeeee! After spend close to $500 all I can say is ugh!

was more of a bank like system rather than a museum. they ran out of flower while I was in line and also sold out of wax, but not there fault. the gummys and cart I got where great but man almost $80 for a cart is way to expensive. still though the quality and the service was good.

The team at Rise did an amazing job 🙌 for dealing with the large crowds at 7am. It's great that they had a tablet system in place to take orders while you wait in line. The only thing that was disappointing was the selection of product 😒 I want more than 3 options for edibles to purchase. I am excited to see the what is in store once the hype of legalized weed dies down. I will be a longtime customer!

The service from drive thru car attendant (Emily) was excellent. On a bitter cold day, Emily went the extra mile to take care of my order. Highly recommend Rise Mundelein as a great dispensary for service and product.

I have been going to Rise Dispensary in Mundelein since the first day it opened, and have always received great service and friendly knowledgeable advice. Today I had made a trip there and received EXCEPTIONAL, ABOVE & BEYOND SERVICE from 'CHAD' in the medical area. I am an active caregiver and did have my care giver docs with me but although I was active in the system, my paper doc was old and expired. Chad was nice enough and patient enough to step away from the counter and brought me to a private store laptop where he walked me step by step thru getting my active card physically printed off the IL.Gov website. To do this, he spent his valuable time to gain managerial approval from Sara then spent approx 30 minutes with me aiding me in resetting my password and login etc... He printed my card for me and I was able to spend my $330 budget on quality premium flower with his insightful recommendations. Chad was not only extremely knowledgeable, but also patient, genuine, and honestly cared about me the customer. It's rare to find this quality these days so I will always ask for him when returning to Rise Mundelein. Anyone thinking of going to Rise Mundelein, ask for Chad and you will be very impressed as I was. Thanks, Dan T Palatine
