RISE Dispensaries Mundelein (Adult Use)

Growing up just outside of Amsterdam I was unusually nervous my first time visiting The Clinic in Mundelein, as a new patient. My nervousness was quickly put at ease by lots of smiles and equally as many cool people. The atmosphere was great, the menu was diverse enough that it should make the pickiest of people happy, oh, and did I mention the people? They made the whole process as easy as possible, obviously love their jobs and take pride in what they do. So far the product itself is great. Highly recommend the Gorilla Glue. Highly. Herp a derp. lol.

My only dispensary. I have been going here for a year and a half. My only complaint is they aren't open on Mondays. Everything else is amazing. Great customer service and a huge variety of products usually. Everyone here is very helpful.

I was greeted and given the utmost comforting feeling for this was my first time. Then it only got better from there! EVERYONE was so kind and wanting to assist and chat for a perfect few seconds.

I have been going to the clinic since they opened and I never plan on leaving. they have the best customer service I have ever seen.I can't say enough about how much I like it there. I love the rythem products they are so tastie.I love having the chance to buy meds from nice people.if I ever had any problems they always made things right by me wich is hard because I am very fussy. I can't say enough great selection great prices discounts for vets and seniors go you will not be disappointed.

The staff are knowledgeable, professional, and extremely friendly. They have a large range of quality products for every patient's needs, and always work with you to zero in on exactly what works for you. I also had an issue where a disposable product died early on me, and without question the problem was remedied. The best consumer experience I've had anywhere, great prices and deals, and an amazing staff that know how to help you.

awesome location, kinda out of the way industrial, so i feel very safe.

Came here once... line was out the door, about 30 ish ppl, standing outside. Looked online, in my car and found that you didn't have any flower anyway, so I left. WHY DO YOU NEVER HAVE FLOWER???? It's like you don't want business or just don't care? You are the only dispensary in Lake County and you have had 8 plus months to figure this out, but you haven't and I don't know that you ever will. I give up on you, Rise Mundelein, as far as i'm concerned, you can completely close down and no one would care.

Great staff with great products!

Just called for some basic information on flower, was having some confusion online. When I got in contact with someone (a woman) she seemed annoyed that I was calling from the very beginning of the conversation. I explained the situation and asked her if there was any flower at this time, her response was a sigh then "no.....no we don't have any" then mumbled something and hung up the phone before I was able to say thank you or goodbye. Won't be going here even in the future when they have the product. If someone doesn't like there job they should just quit.

REALLY ONE FLOWER TYPE OFFERED. I am glad I read the reviews for past 8 months BEFORE I tried to get in. Until these people improve on selection, attitude, wait times, I'll gladly drive to Arlington Heights to spend my monthly allotment of $600.oo note; This store is only 5 minutes from my home.

I was very stressed out over going there the first time (being 60 yrs. Old and alone in pain) It was all put to rest as soon as I walked in the front door!!! Cow is great and very knowledgeable and love the hugs! I've been there several times, had a few problems that were Immediately rectified. I have absoloutly no complaints at all. Whst was recommended to me by cow worked wonderfully! I was finally able to sleep 6 hrs. Straight through!!!! Thank you The Clinic Mundelein!!! Sally G.

1st time visitor. Was not too impressed. Process appeared smooth. Things got a little bumpy when ordering. Product availability slim pickens. No view of product before purchasing sealed containers. I think the flower shortage is literally just a hype. Had an issue with a disposable pen malfunctioning. Cant get anyone on the phone for any customer service. Still waiting to hear back on this issue. Voice mailbox is full every day? Not sure how this will play out but I will update review at a later time pending this current issue.

They seemed nice, at first...

they don't let people know their stock levels. drive all the way there to find out if they have any Flower as they call it. That to me is Terrible Customer Service! I really don't know if I will ever go back there.
