RISE Dispensaries Mundelein (Adult Use)

They seemed nice, at first...

Growing up just outside of Amsterdam I was unusually nervous my first time visiting The Clinic in Mundelein, as a new patient. My nervousness was quickly put at ease by lots of smiles and equally as many cool people. The atmosphere was great, the menu was diverse enough that it should make the pickiest of people happy, oh, and did I mention the people? They made the whole process as easy as possible, obviously love their jobs and take pride in what they do. So far the product itself is great. Highly recommend the Gorilla Glue. Highly. Herp a derp. lol.

I have been going to the clinic since they opened and I never plan on leaving. they have the best customer service I have ever seen.I can't say enough about how much I like it there. I love the rythem products they are so tastie.I love having the chance to buy meds from nice people.if I ever had any problems they always made things right by me wich is hard because I am very fussy. I can't say enough great selection great prices discounts for vets and seniors go you will not be disappointed.

Went for the first time recently and loved how helpful everyone was. Great staff and menu.

Every time I'm there they have tons of new things in stock. Varieties of new strains from different cultivators and, lately..... some UNBELIEVABLY mind blowing sauces A+

REALLY ONE FLOWER TYPE OFFERED. I am glad I read the reviews for past 8 months BEFORE I tried to get in. Until these people improve on selection, attitude, wait times, I'll gladly drive to Arlington Heights to spend my monthly allotment of $600.oo note; This store is only 5 minutes from my home.

Haven't been in yet and am searching reviews to see if it's worth a 40 minute drive after a rude initial contact. My review is based on the initial contact over the phone only. I see I'm not the only one that spoke with the female that doesn't like her job. I called as a new customer and she made no attempt to hide her displeasure at having to answer a couple of questions. I'm still undecided whether or not to make a trip over. Quality - unknown so went middle ground; Service - poor attitude initial contact; Atmosphere - unknown so went middle ground......but, I sure hope it's more pleasant than their receptionist!

This place is great. The staff is very kind and caring. The flower I got from here was top shelf too.

Just curious why this store never ever has any flower? I can’t understand why they would let customers just go to other dispensaries.

they don't let people know their stock levels. drive all the way there to find out if they have any Flower as they call it. That to me is Terrible Customer Service! I really don't know if I will ever go back there.

awesome location, kinda out of the way industrial, so i feel very safe.

Everyone at The Clinic is awesome! I thought I would be uncomfortable, especially my first visit. I was immediately put at ease by the kind, friendly people who work there. They will spend time to make sure you are getting the best pain relief possible for any time of day. I also appreciate that my driver can come inside and wait in an informational, comfortable room while I consult with my budtender instead of waiting in the car.

I was greeted and given the utmost comforting feeling for this was my first time. Then it only got better from there! EVERYONE was so kind and wanting to assist and chat for a perfect few seconds.

The office was very professional, the consultation was thoroughly, the staff were knowledgeable and compassionate. A+ I can't wait until they expand the menu!

My only dispensary. I have been going here for a year and a half. My only complaint is they aren't open on Mondays. Everything else is amazing. Great customer service and a huge variety of products usually. Everyone here is very helpful.

I was very stressed out over going there the first time (being 60 yrs. Old and alone in pain) It was all put to rest as soon as I walked in the front door!!! Cow is great and very knowledgeable and love the hugs! I've been there several times, had a few problems that were Immediately rectified. I have absoloutly no complaints at all. Whst was recommended to me by cow worked wonderfully! I was finally able to sleep 6 hrs. Straight through!!!! Thank you The Clinic Mundelein!!! Sally G.

I am a 100% disabled vet who only experimented with marijuana in High school. This clinic is amazing the selection of products and the staff are both helpful with your conditions and your wallet always trying to help you save Money. They are constantly looking for ways to help their patients. Screw opioids and the constant need to increase doses.

I stopped in at Rise Mundelein today to pick up an online order. When checking out, there was a confusion and I was given the incorrect item. After realizing this upon returning to my car, I gave them a call and explained what happened. I went back to the door and chatted with the gentlemen there, and they explained exactly what I needed to go back in. (super super nice guys, love them) Once inside, I was greeted and walked back to the registers. Everyone was so nice and helpful about it all. We talked a little more about what happened, and the Rise team did MORE than enough to make up for the mistake. I left feeling excited and like I had made some pals!! However I was too anxious to get anyone's names (lol) so I just hope y'all see this. Thanks again!!!

Came here once... line was out the door, about 30 ish ppl, standing outside. Looked online, in my car and found that you didn't have any flower anyway, so I left. WHY DO YOU NEVER HAVE FLOWER???? It's like you don't want business or just don't care? You are the only dispensary in Lake County and you have had 8 plus months to figure this out, but you haven't and I don't know that you ever will. I give up on you, Rise Mundelein, as far as i'm concerned, you can completely close down and no one would care.
