RISE Dispensaries Mundelein (Adult Use)

Finally got my card in July. I chose The Clinic because there is nothing by me in McHenry at the moment and I went to the open house they had just before it opened. The waiting room is comfy when not full and waits aren't long. The staff is great! The product is top notch. Gorrila Glue #4 is amazing! The prices aren't bad but I've seen slightly cheaper at further dispensaries.

What a wonderful place! All workers are kind, knowledgeable and know what they are talking about, store is great and the medicine is quality.

The idea of going to a dispensary and buying marijuana legally just knocks me out! I never thought I'd live to see the day! I really like the staff, they are friendly, and know what they're talking about. They made some really good recommendations for flowers that helped me with pain issues, but wasn't so strong as to cause panic attacks. I would highly recommend The Clinic Mundelein to anyone who needs pain relief! Now for some wishes! In California dispensaries they sell what is known as "Compassionate Mix," which is sort of odds and ends shake that is much cheaper than the flower. I wish The Clinic could do something like this, too! Another wish I have is that it would be nice to have some old-school flower available...like Acapulco Gold, or Columbian Gold. That would be awesome. Anyway, great job guys! I enjoy being your customer...and I love the little journal you gave me to keep track of which is what, LOL! Thanks!

The Clinic Mundelein staff has been great. I’m a disabled veteran cancer patient. My health’s declined due to the bouts of the illness so that I’m home bound and bedridden the majority of my life these days. While only leaving the bed to see a doctor, go to a hospital and make my trips to the Clinic. Encourage by my wife, we did some research and decided to try the medical cannabis. The VA used to be that if you stubbed your toe they would give you enough narcotics to put a heard of horses asleep for a month. Now with the national news about opiate overdosing and deaths, this has included the VA as well. So now as one of my VA doctors told my wife and I recently that she was taking all of her VA patients off any opiates because she’s not losing her job, her career, her freedom, if one of her patient’s overdoses, period. Her solution to treat chronic pain was to see any other medical doctor but her. This is where The Clinic Mundelein has been awesome to my wife and I, they have been willing to email back and forth with me as well as to call the house and speak with my wife and I about the million questions that we’ve had. We’ve never had the staff there get back in touch with us via an email in more than 48 hours. The VA will respond to your emails, but they say make an appointment and then you can have your questions or concerns answered in 2 to 3 months. You can tell that the staff at The Mundelein Clinic just doesn’t view this as simply their job, they treat my wife and I great! What impressed me the most is that the Patient Care personnel actually listened, didn’t interrupt and talk over the top of us. So many places these days whether in the medical field or in any other business just treat you like cattle wanting to find out what you want or need as fast as possible and get you out the door! Not here, would definitely recommend that when you get your state ID card and are selecting a dispensary that you chose The Clinic Mundelein.

Transferred from another dispensary that was much closer to me after hearing about Clinic Mundelein's great customer appreciation and superior product selection. I am glad I did! The product quality is amazing and that alone to me is well worth the additional drive.

Weird location, kind of in a strange back industrial building. Not very welcoming. The waiting room is tiny and usually filled with people. Depending on your budtender your experience is different. Some are not as good as others. Tipping seems forced no matter who you get. I haven’t decided about moving yet, I’d like a more personal experience instead of feeling rushed.

This place used to be the best. Now it is just about the money. $40 eighths used to be three or four a day. Now maybe one. They can't tell me they are not making money hand over fist. Greed has not come into this place. So sad.

It’s been very frustrating to see this location trending down lately. Poor attention to detail causes price issues that aren’t honored. Familiar faces on the staff are no longer with the company, the new faces seem to care far less about patient relationship. Initial appeal was good pricing that is now becoming less appealing. Waiting room quickly can become cramped. Unfortunately will probably start to explore new options location wise.

I've been a patient of this location since the beginning...since day 1, the staff at The Clinic have been " second to none". Any time that I have had a question, comment, and or concern within regards to pricing or flower/concentrate selection; have been addressed/answered immediately. Thank you for always listing... Tito

I cannot say enough good things about everyone there. I love going there for so many reasons and can’t fathom anyone saying anything negative about The Clinic or its staff. While I have on rare occasion have found that an employee wasn’t as knowledgeable about a new product, a co-worker always steps in to help. I wish I could find this type of help and assistance from my co-workers. Everyone there rocks and I feel so strong about them that I’ve recommended others and will continue to do so. Love you guys!!! No selection - I just logged on as a medical patient to find TWO strains of flower. That's it. New management has changed this facility so much. I used to walk in The Clinic Mundelein and have a full menu of items to choose from. Rise has no flower selection. They barely carry any other brands - I know they own Rhythm, but there are no Cresco items except for Bio Jesus a couple of times. I've checked other stores' menus and they have a much larger selection of flower. I gave this new management six months but nothing has changed except for the wait times. Time to switch and drive further to get a decent selection.

Had my expectations set low, but wow! I waited 2 hours in line to be told I could only purchase 1gm of flower after trying to order an 1/8. Would have been nice to now either before committing to waiting in line for 2 hours for a single gram? Wasn’t informed of the supposed 1gm limit until arriving at checkout. A sign outside, an update on one of the many apps, an update on the web site would have been appreciated! $20 for a single low quality dried out bud to boot! And, no military discount! It’s like this place hates America! Avoid this place!

Hours on here say you close @ 10:00pm, wasted my time driving there just to find out you close at 7pm

This place is located in a discreet location just northwest of Chicago but far worth the trip. As a patient I feel extremely comfortable asking questions about what would suit me best for my conditions and I can honestly say every time I have gone they have given very knowledgeable information. At first I felt kinda shy but everybody I've dealt with since then has changed that. I feel welcome and safe. Thank you for your professionalism and courtesy. I feel better thanks to everyone who made it Legal in Illinois. Thanks again for your kindness Clinic of Mundelein! I would recommend this dispensary without a doubt. 👍👍 ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

I have been to the Clinic a number of times now and I have to say I'm very impressed with the personal service here. Everyone in the Clinic is knowledgeable and extremely helpful with navigating all the choices. I just wanted to leave a positive review because the staff is really great!!

Everyone at The Clinic is awesome! I thought I would be uncomfortable, especially my first visit. I was immediately put at ease by the kind, friendly people who work there. They will spend time to make sure you are getting the best pain relief possible for any time of day. I also appreciate that my driver can come inside and wait in an informational, comfortable room while I consult with my budtender instead of waiting in the car.

I was greeted and given the utmost comforting feeling for this was my first time. Then it only got better from there! EVERYONE was so kind and wanting to assist and chat for a perfect few seconds.
