RISE Dispensaries Effingham (Adult Use)

Great upscale and clean establishment. Staff is helpful and friendly, and very knowledgeable. Product selection is hit and miss, but they recently added new strains and products.

Their website says it opens @ 9am. We got there @ 9:40 and were told they don’t open until 10:00 am. If that wasn’t bad enough, after waiting the 20 minutes the security guard came out and said they were only allowing people 60 and over until 11am. I understand the Co-vid 19 but at least have the courtesy to have it posted on your webpage and/or door! Extremely disappointed. I’ll never be back....that’s for sure.

Great staff super friendly.only problem is quality flower.its very hit and miss.lots of the flower is out dated or old and crumbly.bought face mints twice first was fresh n good second one not so much.lot of flavorless stuff that don't hit very hard.so just beware of old shit

1st of all, I now only use the medicinal side. My 1st visit, tho, was to get my application filed. The staff was incredibly helpful & knowledgeable with that. So I went to the rec side just to get started. I can tell you, the way customers are treated, help is "given", and transactions are handled are completely different between the 2 sides, Med & Rec. Med people are great. Friendly & knowledgeable, they're willing to take whatever time is necessary to help you figure out what may best help your needs. Let's face it, even if we're there for medical reasons, most of us still want to enjoy the treatment....

This was my first and last visit here. The dispensary is set up nice. Product selection is ok. The prices are too high and the discounts are not good for vets. The discounts should be across the board just like other dispensaries. With the prices already higher than others, it's not worth the drive.

Very friendly,very knowledgeable,excellent product. They do give Vets discounts. Always enjoy my time there.

I've had a medical card for some time, and once I came to RISE, I haven't went anywhere else . They run great deals. Staff is always friendly. I do miss when the med customers had their own side, and more time was taken with us. But it's about money in the end. But it's still a great place. Great deals. Solid products. Friendly ppl. Can't ask for much more, right?

There is always enough people working that you don't have to wait in line. They are all so friendly and knowledgeable. Always a good selection and reasonable prices.

Great location (although its just over 30min away), a very friendly atmosphere and it's very clean place. The staff is all very nice and has been for the 1+ year I've been going to The Clinic. 5 Stars for sure :)

Megan W - Bethany B & Marvel Mike were AMAZING!! our first time there and they helped with everything we needed. amazing customer service and a welcoming atmosphere. Also the gentleman that checked us in was very informative as well, I apologize I didn't get his name but he was amazing as well. thank you for everything!!!
