RISE Dispensaries Effingham (Adult Use)

Switched here from a dispensary in Springfield. They are very friendly and helpful. They remember your name. They offer classes and medical card assistance. Good quality product and decent customer loyalty rewards.

My first order was was great! The workers helped me narrow down my selection and made me comfortable.

Recently got my card, the folks at The Clinic help you through the process and answer all your questions. The wait for a card in Illinois is ridiculous to say the least; all I can say is try to be patient. Upon my first visit I had questions that were answered everyone is awesome!! The care package they send you home with is a perfect sampler to keep you busy for a few days😀 I have been to dispensaries in all of the western states and I can say that yes Illinois is in the same league. The choices are here. The only complaint I have is the way Illinois has the laws set up.... But at least we are making progress. The Clinic is awesome!!

I always enjoy coming here. You can pretty much guarantee quality no matter what. The employees are super friendly and it’s a really good place to go especially if it’s your first time visiting a dispensary. You can pre-order what you want on the website and they will have it reserved for you and ready when you arrive. 5/5 Stars

I love the people that work at RISE Effingham because they are very knowledgeable and are a very nice group of people and they also treat you like family. I love the edible's in the CBD family for my pain and Indica flower to help me sleep. I could not go to any other clinic because I love our clinic in Effingham.

     4 days ago New 9/14/24, 12:31 pm. 3 hrs. driving. Showed my license and went inside. Quiet but see 10 others. Pretty sure I had sure Heather OR Chrissy was my cashier, Cashier #3575342, Very pretty who KNOWS pot. I like that in a LADY! Bought my LIMIT or Sherb Cream Pie 3.5 x 4, AGAIN. I LOVE it when this LADY helps ME. Give her a RAISE! Rise for her AWESOME working to and WITH CONSUMERS like me. In there for a grand total of 20 mins.,3 hrs back home, again. 300 total miles. Hi there! My name is Jim. I wanted to take time to give a pat on the back to the staff at you're Effingham branch. They are not only very informative but, also are simply the coolest to talk to. Always willing to help in any circumstance and just simply good kind people persons. I met a gal named Heather the other day who who waited on us and she was obviously a crew chief or somthing because she had every answer to all of my questions about your product without missing a beat. Heather is really good at her job and her humble, cute, personally definitely is worth the drive down to your facility.

For my first time visit, I had no idea what to do. Everyone was great! Nice, easy to talk to and a bit on the humorous side. I dealt with Josh, who was great! He made the visit comfortable and easy to understand. The atmosphere was laid-back, smells great and was extremely clean. Very well organized and attractive deco. Look forward to many more visits.

Great place with some great people. Menu was very well organized. Products were well stocked readily available, unlike other dispensaries I visited. I will definitely be coming back and I recommend this dispensery.
