Perfect location for me. Even tho I live a bit out of the way it's close to family too. Very nice and clean inside and super helpful staff. Good selection, anxious to see what the future holds

Salveo is awesome!! I was the first to purchase at Salveo and they have ALWAYS taken care of me. As a matter of fact they are the only dispensary I've visited since I received my cannabis card. They always have a great selection and frequent sales. If you have a medical cannabis card in IL you have to go visit Salveo!

Nice, clean and professional looking place. Awesome customer service and friendly staff. Was there in line on 1/1/2020 and was more than impressed by how quickly the staff had the line moving. Has a wide range of products that cover all needs. Will definitely be making this place my go to for now on.

Buyer beware. New policies limiting mileage reimbursement brought my cost up, considerably, today. Changing to a local dispensary. The small-business feel also appears gone. Used to love this place.

I'm currently a medical card holder as of 2017. I've been to different states that allow medical cannabis. This place used to be called Salveo Health and Wellness and I loved that place. Everyone knew what they were talking about and they were very helpful. I went to Salveo for 3 years and I give them 5 stars. Then in 2020 it changed to Rise and Rise sorry you get 1 star. I drive an hour and fourty minutes to go here and an hour and fourty back(closer places dont stock enough). The past 3 visits my spot in line was lost(for different reasons out of my control)causing me to stay extra time. No big deal just thought I would mention that never happened to me at Salveo in 3 the years of going there(something about forgetting a customer waiting in line just made me feel unimportant). The prices are different for recreational users so Rise does discounts for medical patients to make up the difference. Except I did the math and certain more popular items went up in price by more than 10%. For example thr flower they call popcorn nug went up in price(the nugs are usually smaller and less pretty). They sell popcorn nug at $225(about $205 after the 10% medical card holder discount) for 14 grams. At Salveo it was $160 for 14 grams not sure why this changed but its obvious someones putting more of my money in thier pocket. Furthermore, since I was paying less for 3 years I feel bad for the new medical card holders who think they are getting a good deal. Walking in seeing all the 10% off for medical card holders is nice but not when you know the prices skyrocketed when the name changed to Rise in 2020. On another note the employees are very helpful and the recreational part is nice. The selection is vast where they usually have something close to what your looking for. I still give 1 star for two reasons. The price increase, and the lack of professionalism(Go to other states dispensaries and you'll understand what I mean). Rise why am I paying more money for my medicine post 2020? This is coming from a customer who spends about $300 every two weeks. In my opinion grow your own and dont use the dispensaries.

My boyfriend and I picked up our Judges kits today for Cannabis Cup. They did a great job keeping everyone informed. Quite the crowd and everyone was enjoying their time while in line.

My favorite dispensary in the area! Service is excellent I always get good recommendations from the employees or "bud tenders"! My only complaint and it's really out of everyone's control is having to show my med card and ID to get in and again once I'm in the store.. why two times and why hasn't the state made a faster, easier way to get in and out of these dispensaries?! Other than that I really challenge you the consumer to try and find a more pleasant dispensary than this one! Because you won't! Thank you Rise and Rise Employees I'll be back for more 🫠
