Rev Clinics - Fresh Pond (Medical)

I've frequented the Rev Clinic location in Fresh Pond a good bit this past year. I have yet to find another location as helpful and accommodating. Every time I am in there I am greeted with a great smile, and their employees, specifically in my experiences, Joe and Greg have been phenomenal. They are both super easy to talk to, and knowledgeable about the products, helping clear any confusion I might have on that day. I couldn't recommend this location more!

The staff first. I think Jennifer is doing a great job choosing the right candidates for the job. On my most recent visit Wednesday before thanksgiving I was greeted and checked in by Vicki White and Felicia Cuartas they are rather new but they caught on to the procedures quickly. The smiles and happy attitude is great to see and love their job. I would also like mention Mendi he is always overlooking the operation and asking if he can help any of the other staff members when he is not busy. Mendi always has a smile and something nice to say. Sabrina helped me out and was very helpful as usual. I have to mention other staff members Niko , Ramsay, Christiana,Rod, Sue. I can’t imagine their being a better place to do business. Thanks everyone for great customer service. ☘️

Today was my first time going to Rev. From the security guard all the way to getting helped with products by Marissa, my experience was awesome. Marissa explained to me about get delivery, their point system (how you get double points on Wednesday’s) and their new patient voucher. Also, Rev is dog friendly and I got two bring my two little dogs in and they got dog treats and lots of attention! Marissa also suggested the soft chews, I took one today and was able to sleep like a rock. Thanks Marissa!!

I’ve been to just about all the dispensaries is Boston and greater Boston to all of the north shore and where some are better than others I make it a point to go to rev clinic. I’m still newish to the concentrate side of marijuana and sure enough Jessica who in my opinion is the best bud tender I’ve been had the pleasure of dealing with to date filled me in with everything there was to know unlike most other bud tenders(not towards anyone else at rev clinic) who tend to just kind of look at you to get you out and deal with the next customer. I recommend rev clinic to any and everyone very satisfying experience. Big thanks to Jessica

I love this place and these people!! Always friendly and helpful. This time I came in because we'd had an issue with one of the distillate cartridges. For some reason it stopped working--no vapor coming out at all. Joe and Mendi helped me out: they checked it out with a tester battery and did some diagnostics and concluded it was some kind of connection issue. Anyway, they hooked me up with another cartridge. This one was Strawberry Banana (first was XJ13, but they were out of that), and it lived up to their descriptions. Very nice. Big thanks to Joe and Mendi! You all rock!

I've always liked visiting Rev. The staff are friendly, there's always a good selection and a fair prices. But what really makes this place is Joe C.! He really transforms the visit from a transaction to a learning experience. He is incredibly warm and knowledgeable and takes the time to listen and understand to give amazing recommendations. No other dispensery in the city has staff like that. Thankful to have such a great energy at my favorite one! Someone get this guy a raise!

Was waited on by Gary P and Mike D. Treated very well. They made great suggestions, helped me use points so that I got what I wanted and then some and paid less than I was expecting (more for less is always awesome). One suggestion is starting recycling program for all those plastic containers and bags. I wish all dispensaries were recycling the massive amount of plastic packaging.

Nathan and Joe were super helpful! I don't have much experience, particularly with smoking, and they were able to help me figure out which strains and equipment to get.

Rev Clinics continue to have a great selection of strains and products, and the overall vibe is relaxed. Plus, the staff is amazing: friendly and knowledgable. Joe assisted me on my last visit and was a huge help. They are not the closest dispensary to me, but they are by far my favorite in the area.

I recently went to Rev for the second time. I was in the area and decided to stop in. Due to this I did not have an appointment so I had to visit a different area in their garage (the walk in area). Having only ever been to the dispensary when it first opened I was interested in seeing what products they had on hand. The garage area has a no cell phone policy and no menus! When I was being served the attendant gruffly asked me what I want and did not offer any help as I frantically looked for a menu. Fortunately I had looked a few days ago and tried to order from memory. Overall a less than enjoyable experience this time around.

Always great products and service. Chellie helped me out during my last visit and put up with my last minute requests. Another friendly (masked) face added to their team. You cannot help but feel pampered by all the nice folks that work at Rev

I been coming to Rev now for months and it is definitely one of my go to's for flower and carts. Recently their flower has been really dry and while I was pretty disappointed with a few of my purchases, it seemes they have been getting on the issue (the Bootylicious I purchased about a week ago was good and pretty moist). One of the main things that keep me coming back is their staff. Andrew at the front desk is always nice and in high spirits and some of my favorite budtenders Gary and Jazmine really know their stuff and are a pleasure to work with. The entire staff always leaves me feeling great and gives me all the info I need so for that you guys rock! :)

I love this location. Greg, Gary, and Joe are the best! They’re all knowledgeable and helpful, yet super chill. The slurpy terp and high mg gummies are awesome. Also love the rewards system, and the double point days.

This is a beautiful, well-run, efficient and uncrowded dispensary. Their stuff is top notch, however, TBH I keep having to return one particular indica vape cart because it jams. But each time, staff there is helpful and understanding and cheerfully replaces and/or refunds. Joe and Jen were great. I have been to pretty much every dispensary in the area, and this is the one I keep coming back to.

Rev Clinics is my new favorite dispensary from all the others in the area. The atmosphere and aesthetics are visually pleasing and they have the best bud tenders around, especially Gary, he always helps me find exactly the product I'm looking for. I haven't had a chance to attend any of their events, but I think it's really cool they have them and look forward to going to one in the near future.

I completely forgot to mention the website on my very first review. It explains effects, unlike other site that say the Strain and $ and maybe the thc %. Rev Clinics tells it all...Can't tell I like it...just a little...

Joe is my go to guy here. He turned me on to the slerpy terp juice. Hands down the best drink/ edible out there. Joe always makes sure I get a bottle. Whatever it is you’re looking for Joe and the whole team are always knowledgeable and there to help!
