I love visiting RevClinics. The staff is excellent and will suggest the right products to relieve your symptoms. The selection is incredible and high THC, carts and pre-roll packs are especially great. I had a question about my debit card being charged twice and the manager solved it right away. Oh, and the loyalty program is one of the best out there. If you are looking for a dispensary that caters to medical users, go to Rev Clinics in Cambridge!

I just visited for the first time and had a great experience! Everybody from Roderick at the front door to Jasmine behind the desk and most especially Gary behind the counter were so helpful, pleasant and knowledgeable!!! I'll be back!

This was my second visit to this location and it was even better than the first time, and I was pretty impressed the first time! Greg B. was my bud tender and I couldn’t have asked for a more knowledgeable associate. Not only did he help me pick some great strains for my pain, we had a TOTAL bonding moment over music and movies. Most importantly, I need to thank Greg for putting me on to the fact that The Last Dragon movie is available on Netflix!!! 🙌🏾

I stopped in and got the King Louis XVIII on a reccomendation from my incredible patient advocate Brianna! She was so helpful and her upbeat energy is contagious! Rev Clinics is the only dispensary for me! They always have incredibly knowledgeable staff and the customer service is always head and shoulders above what I’ve experienced elsewhere. This place is absolute TRASH! No communication, show up 10 minutes early with no one in line to get an 1/8 and it wouldn’t be ready for at least 20 minutes. Awful customer service.

Rev has hit the boxes every. single. time. I don't like to guess with my medicine. I need consistency, precise dosage, knowledgeable consultation, serious product handlers, and quality. I've been going to Rev in Fresh Pond for almost three years now, and have purchased the Rev Access membership each time I've been eligible. The people are what bring me back again and again. Victoria always speeds me right through, and gives me a heads up of what to look for in the store (and activities to try with my haul!). Syd, Alex, Marcus, Dom, and many others whose names are slipping me right now (seriously, the whole team deserves name recognition) are ready the moment I walk through the door -- they greet me by name and we catch up like old friends while they pull my order. They know my preferences even better than I do at this point, so they're quick to recommend killer products (like the I Am Edible 2:1 CBD:THC gummies which I wouldn't have otherwise tried, or the Donkey Butter live resin cart that helped me hush my insomnia). I usually take my time at the counter, but even with my random add-ons, the backend team is ready and ahead of the game. I walk ten feet to the pickup counter -- where I'm always greeted by someone who takes the job seriously, whether it's Glen, or the dude with the killer goatee, and others. I love love love going here, and I would recommend this not just to veteran patients, but newcomers alike. Whether you want your own favorites or you need a guide, they'll take care of you. (Also shoutout to the delivery crew -- Boston is insane with unpredictable traffic, and their deliveries are sourced from ONE location...yet they somehow still manage to get to me relatively close to the estimate, with text updates. To those who complained about delivery sometimes being an hour late...........it's Boston, ya silly goose! If your weed is late, you should have planned ahead. These are controlled substances that take time to prepare AND deliver, not burgers lmao )

I love this dispensary so much. Every single delivery I have had is awesome. The people handling the deliveries are kind, efficient, and quick to help you use your discounts. I'm a socially awkward idiot and didn't get the name of my delivery people today, but I want to say an extra Thank you! I have a disability and often need to walk with a cane, and these guys never make me feel bad for it, and they are always quick to help when I need it. When it comes to the flower - it is hard to find ANYTHING in the Lowell area to match it! Quality stuff. Quality staff. Quality place.

I called today to ask a question. WOW Sabrina was amazing! We had a great conversation about strains and what would help me best. I wasn't rushed nor did I feel like I was asking stupid questions. 100% professional, knowledgeable and very fun! I really love this dispensary. What sets them apart from the rest is honestly their community outreach. I really love the variety of the events and the energy of the staff. This location in particular has the best variety of product over the other.

My experience with Rev Clinics Somerville has been a very positive one. Everyone has been friendly and knowledgeable. Today I visited Cambridge and had the pleasure of meeting and speaking with Greg. It was great to have an honest conversation and chat about different methods and processing. I love these connections with humans, especially around this subject. Due to asperger's and my hyper mood, I talked a LOT, so luckily, there was no line, and Greg was helpful and well organised, despite distractable me.. Thank you

Rev Clinics is my new favorite dispensary from all the others in the area. The atmosphere and aesthetics are visually pleasing and they have the best bud tenders around, especially Gary, he always helps me find exactly the product I'm looking for. I haven't had a chance to attend any of their events, but I think it's really cool they have them and look forward to going to one in the near future.

This is a beautiful, well-run, efficient and uncrowded dispensary. Their stuff is top notch, however, TBH I keep having to return one particular indica vape cart because it jams. But each time, staff there is helpful and understanding and cheerfully replaces and/or refunds. Joe and Jen were great. I have been to pretty much every dispensary in the area, and this is the one I keep coming back to.
