Rev Clinics - Fresh Pond (Medical)

Just visited this location of Rev Clinics for the first time, got helped by Joe who was super friendly and informative. The space itself is super nice, lots of natural lighting and a fun ambiance. Definitely my favorite Rev Clinic location.

My first visit to this dispensary. Friendly, and efficient. Joe was welcoming and had good advice.

The bud is fire. Definitely 1 of my top 3 dispensary in Massachusetts thus far. Also, Thank you to the bud-tender Gregory (541 mass ave) For the great customer service and recommendations. I’ll be back!!!

I first went to Revolutionary Clinic about four years ago. It was the first dispensary I ever went to. I was very impressed then, and it's only gotten better and better since. The selection and quality of the products is very impressive, and it includes both Revolutionary's products as well as the best guest cultivars. However, if it weren't for the fantastic staff at Rev's, I could go to any number of other dispensaries. If you're looking for the best of all possible MM worlds, you'll find it here at Rev's. I can honestly say that, over the past four years, I've never had a bad experience with any Revolutionary Clinic. Whether it's the budtenders, the folks filling the orders or letting you inside, or a member of the best delivery team in all of New England, you can count on having a great experience. And, speaking of the best delivery service, I'd be remiss if I didn't give a shout out to the kind, friendly delivery people who've stopped by this past month: a big thanks to Mike, who might want to think about a career in marketing ;-); Nikki & Kenz (great to meet you, Nikki! You're a fantastic addition to the staff at Rev's); and Rod (I'm so sorry that I often forget it's short for Roderick, which is a wonderful name), and Nico. I thank Vicky for always smiling and warmly greeting me when I come into the dispensary. If I haven't mentioned your name when I should have, I do apologize. I thank all of you most sincerely.

I called today to ask a question. WOW Sabrina was amazing! We had a great conversation about strains and what would help me best. I wasn't rushed nor did I feel like I was asking stupid questions. 100% professional, knowledgeable and very fun! Thank you for helping me out and I hope you continue to answer all of our questions with such grace. It's really nice to have quality service.

Kimbo at fresh pond is the best! Most help ever!

I just recently got my medical marijuana card and went to Revolutionary in Fresh Pond for my first experience buying medical/setting up my card. Every staff member I talked to was so friendly, helpful and kind. Kimbo helped me out inputting my order and she was AWESOME- welcoming, funny, helpful and sweet! Lovely place all around, staff, atmosphere and product! 5 stars!

Great place and amazing people who work at this dispensary. Everyone is knowledgeable. Always a positive experience. Customer service is outstanding. I would like to thank Joe and Jaimie. They were able to assist me with exactly what I looking for. They were super nice, patient, attentive and polite. I would highly recommend this place.

Please bring back the 420 pre roll packs!!! Rev clinics is the only MA dispensary I’ve found that offered these .25 gram pre rolls and they are truly the perfect size.

Joe was excellent in helping me find what i need in the medicine im looking for. He was very patient and friendly. Also he helped me to find what would work best for me. I highly recommend this location, everyone here is great!

This place was great. I’ve been to every dispensary in the Boston area and this was among my favorites. Greg was super patient and helpful. I never felt pressured, he asked colleagues for their recommendations and he couldn’t have been more pleasant. Their vape cartridges are top notch and the flavor is on point. Their rosin and shatter all tasted great and worked just as Greg said they would. Highly recommend this place. Ask for Greg - very good dude.

I love this place and these people!! Always friendly and helpful. This time I came in because we'd had an issue with one of the distillate cartridges. For some reason it stopped working--no vapor coming out at all. Joe and Mendi helped me out: they checked it out with a tester battery and did some diagnostics and concluded it was some kind of connection issue. Anyway, they hooked me up with another cartridge. This one was Strawberry Banana (first was XJ13, but they were out of that), and it lived up to their descriptions. Very nice. Big thanks to Joe and Mendi! You all rock!

First time ordering from here, I ordered yesterday for delivery today and so far best experience I have ever had with a dispensary. Kimberly called me to confirm my order, welcome me as a patient, and tell me about patient specials, products etc.... She was incredibly helpful, hooked me up with the new patient special and even notified me that my certification was about to expire so I know I need to get it taken care of. I’m so excited to find this place, thank you Kimberly and thank you Rev clinics! I’ve been to a bunch of dispensaries in MA and other states and this is by far the best.
