I called about a price that I saw in one of their advertisements and I was told that they would honor the price until certain strain sold out. I ordered and once arrived (40+ miles) was told something totally different. In this case I would’ve given no stars but it made you give one to leave your review. I recently moved so I guess it’s time for me to look at the dispensaries in my area, customer service is everything!

I have been in a love affair with Remedy for some time now. Let me tell you why: (in no particular order) 1. convenience: located perfectly in the middle of my suburban kingdom. Dobbin Road 2. deals: I am serious when I say that Remedy has the best deals. I brag to my friends all the time and they too have become Remedy customers. 3. the staff: Remedy has the best staff. Everyone is pretty friendly at dispensaries I have found but Remedy just has a little something extra. 4. selection: in addition to their exclusive deluxe Cookie wall, they have the finest mmj products in all the land. So you get the point. Honorable mention: when the storefront is open (thanks COVID) the music is always perfect.

I had so many concerns and questions before shopping at Remedy. I was very happy with the professional staff, particularly A-Rod. He was very helpful and answered my many questions. He has great customer service and and I will ask for his help in the future. Highly recommended him for anyone that would like to go to school on Cannabis.

Where do I begin... For starters the entire Remedy staff exhibited and still exhibits what true customer service is. My first experience at remedy was very personable and now am greeted on a first name basis. One of the staff members, I believe his name is Andrew not only took the time to teach me why various strains are different but helped me find what was appropriate for me. One thing that stood out the most was when Andrew and another Remedy staff member saw me alone at a Civil march for African American awareness at the Columbian Mall, pulled me aside and said join us. It was then that I knew what family was even if I was not part of the Remedy store. I continue to look forward to seeing the entire Remedy staff especially in times like these where nothing is certain. But, one thing that I know will always be certain is that when I go to Remedy I feel; recognized and appreciated. You guys rock and in my opinion are just as much hero's as are first responders. God bless you all, your trusted remedy patient for life

Remedi was my first dispensary that I have visited and will probably be my last or at least most consistent because they have the most deals and best people. Everyday they have great deals.

I had the best experience at Remedy Columbia. Its a bit of a drive, but I will be going back. Rachael was awesome. Lots of questions and she was absolutely very patient with me.

Greeted with a smile and on sale greeted with ultimate respect and willing to help with the process. Their greeter went above and beyond to help me Due to my disability. There bud tenders are very knowledgeable and their stock is tremendous. A little high on price but you get quality

Most are very helpful and will always help. I have had a couple of server be a little off putting when asked questions.

Staff were very helpful. Best part is their 24 hr pick up policy instead of COB the day of the order.

Budtender tonight recommended Grape Lime Ricky for pain and insomnia ! I have multiple problems w back ,sciatica ,RA several more and grape lime Ricky is absolutely amazing for pain!!

This storefront will prove to become The Standard in Maryland dispensaries. Staff are friendly, not pushy, and as an overall team can answer any question, without coming off like a High Times geni-ass. Quality shop, pleasant enough experience, ...let’s just get that varied stock on the shelves!

ARod was amazing with the CBD products that I was looking for, did not know Remedy has so much to offer as far as CBD products go! I got some doggy treats for my puppy with cancer, thanks again AROD
