Remedy - Columbia

So apparently in this time of crisis, people are saying some harsh things about Remedy. Well as a longtime customer there first I want to thank the owners for staying open and more importantly the EMPLOYEES, who are risking there own health and well being, just coming to work and helping there customers. Let's also not forget and use common sense these EMPLOYEES all had to learn a completely new routine as to how they dispense the medication to how there receiving patients orders. Honestly I miss not being able to go in not for deals, coffee or there comfortable waiting chairs but because there amazing STAFF and AWESOME environment. P.S. just incase you've been miss informed Remedy's prices have all dropped on a daily basis throughout this crisis other companies saying 22% off 1 to 4 different products,there the one's taking advantage of there patients in this very hard time.

I drove from the eastern shore to get my medicine tonight and the staff was extremely friendly from the moment that I walked in the door. I will definitely return

Great selection, including being an exclusive Shore Naturals provider. A+ staff as well. Great vibes and experience overall. They also offer reasonably priced 0's... but I wish they offered a rewards program for top shelf buyers like myself. It's VERY expensive.

Conveniently located but less professional or knowledgeable vibe than the other nearby dispensaries. Same or similar product as other dispensaries so far.

If you like waiting a half hour to get what you probably don’t want, come here. Shitty people, shitty prices. They don’t look out for you here. Have come 2 time living an hour away. Both times I didn’t buy anything. They don’t look out for you here. Go anywhere else.

True to the legacy What a terrific dispensary! The original founder was a pioneer in alternative healthcare, one whose commitment to the healing arts was absolute and often courageous. He'd be proud of this dispensary if he were alive today. A calm, welcoming environment with courteous and knowledgeable staff. And it's not that "store greeter" kinda friendliness. It's a genuine warmth. The menu is well-curated, which also means it may not be as extensive as some dispensaries I've visited, but it's actually an advantage. Because they've been conscientious on selecting strains and delivery methods, there's less need for an overwhelming variety of varieties. The strains and modalities selected are focused on patient care and quality. And the real test of a service organization is often how they handle it when things don't go perfectly. Here again, Remedy shines. They were out of a product that had been included in a "special" offering, and when they failed to provide the exact item I needed, they graciously extended an alternative offer that was tailored to see to it I'd get not just some random "weed" but a product that would actually serve the same need as the product they were out of. They did this graciously and quickly. I'll be back here again and again. I can find larger, more "impressive" selections. I can even find good, solid customer service. But this small, well-run shop will set the standard because of their deep commitment to the healing arts and patient care. Those commitments pervade every aspect of the Remedy experience. And NO KNOCK-OFF VAPE PENS! YAAAAY!!

Terrible throughout. Gave them 3 tries. Remedy fails all areas. Bottom shelf products, top shelf prices, Rude & racist employees clearly forget they need us more than we need them. Forget Remedy & go basically anywhere else.

I haven’t had my MMJ card for very long but this was the first place I went as soon as I got the certification! I had heard a lot of great things about Remedy and it’s not too far from me so I was excited to finally get to visit them! The MMCC site would not let me print my temporary ID card , which I was a little concerned about but I printed out the certification and once I got there they said that was fine along with my license. Checking in was really quick and easy, I was anxious about what to expect but everyone I encountered was really patient and kind , they got me checked in/ registered with them and then I waited to be called back. Their waiting area is quite large and very comfortable with a modern feel and lots of seating to accommodate. I didn’t wait for very long and was called back to meet with my budtender. I haven’t used marijuana in a very long time so I was really nervous I’d be overwhelmed by what to try , but my budtender was very understanding and very informative - she asked a lot of questions to understand what I was trying to relieve and made some great suggestions for me , even offering personal suggestions of items she or family members use for the same ailments. I was immediately at ease once I started interacting with the staff there and that was really surprising for me because my anxiety is wild. They have a great program for first time customers, where they reimburse you for up to $200 for your doctors visit ( over 5 visits)- I was waiting to receive my receipt from my dr so they made a note in my account that I would be bringing it next time to get my punch card. I left with a few items to try out and feeling really satisfied with how easy and stress free the entire experience was! I ended up coming back maybe a week later with my receipt and was given my punch card for $40 off my next 5 visits and took advantage of a great sale they had on flower that day that saved me a ton of money. I haven’t been to many dispensary’s yet but I really think my experience at Remedy will be hard to top. The environment is great and the staff have all been incredible.

First time legal buying experience was an awesome place I was in, I was out, staff is very knowledgeable and friendly, super comfortable and I'm someone who suffers from anxiety, but it was really welcoming when walking through the doors so thank you remedy for being my First buying experience , will definitely be back.

My Friday/Payday visits to Remedy Columbia is becoming a thing... Today I picked up an OZ of the Pineapple Skunk, for which i received a text message earlier in the week (much appreciated) about the $350 oz special, I have not tried it yet, but the look and smell are pretty incredible, was helped by Tre once again, who got me in and out quickly... Going to try the Northern Lights next time, 15 years ago in Amsterdam i was introduced to this strain, still the best... Keep decent OZ priced selections and Transdermal patches and you'll keep me as a customer even as many more dispensaries are opening Thanks Remedy Columbia!

Amazing High-End Dispensary! It has a fantastic atmosphere with many large and open spaces. The staff is incredibly friendly, warm, and helpful. While not always the cheapest price wise, their product quality is second to none, and as the saying goes “you get what you pay for”. Also their packaging is fantastic, almost all their products are visible and they have samples to see and smell. I can’t say enough positive things about this exceptional dispensary, just head over there, you will be happy you did!

I honestly wish there were more stars to give. The dispensary has such an awesomely welcoming feel while maintaining privacy and security. The staff are all nice and helpful. The bud tenders are super knowledgeable and helpful. Selection was very diverse and the experience as a whole was great!

This was a wonderful experience. Safe and secure entrance and then walk into wide open waiting room. Staff was very friendly and helpful at check-in. I waited less than 5 minutes before I was greeted by Trevor, who took me in to the next room. There I was introduced to Rachael and Erica, who were very personable and super knowledgeable. They answered all of my questions and were just wonderful. I don't live far from this location, but I believe that I will, soon, have dispensaries that are closer to my home. I will happily drive the extra miles to visit Remedy. Good luck on your Grand opening and thank you for the service you provide. More so, thank you for creating an environment that is welcoming and makes their patients feel cared for. Welcome to Columbia.

Definitely going back. Very nice folks here and it’s a chill atmosphere. The way they call you back and place you with someone will let you know you’re not going to be aimless. And everyone is nice. Like genuinely nice. I learned a lot and I’m happy I went.

Very nice atmosphere. I wanted to get in and out quickly since I stopped by after a long day of work, and they did not disappoint. They had tons of staff members ready to serve however many people came through those doors.

I really like Remedy in Columbia. The staff is awesome to be around, it is a very nice environment, and they usually have an excellent selection. Their daily sales are usually good - but sometimes they do unload a lot of sub-par product (which is disappointing). Sales should include more premium flower on occasion (for example, I never seen Verano eighths on sale ever there). The biggest head scratcher of all: No loyalty program. Truly confusing considering how much money I have spent there.

Great help from everyone there. Very good place to go for your first time. They worked with me and explained everything to me. I had lots of questions and they were able to answer them all.
