The parking lot can be sketchy, and it’s no boutique, but the staff are knowledgeable and super helpful. They also have great prices, and a good assortment of all types of products, including edibles and various extracts, even high cbd lemonade!

I went into this store and asked the girl a question about some flower that was on sale, the girl said that she wouldn't know because she doesn't smoke the cheap stuff. When I asked to look at something, it was really dry looking, and I just felt like I was bothering the her, soI left without buying anything. The man that works the door was very nice.

Am very upset with the service. I know there are post for no returns but I was trying to exchange a non working CBD cartridge that never work in my battery. Not for money or a different cartridge but for the same product. I go to this shop for two reason. 1. My husband and I were your very first recreational at midnight the day it became legal and have been loyal customers sense. 2. Your almost always great service and fun atmosphere I am very disappointed as don't leave in this area of Portland anymore and it is a 20 min drive to your shop and the shop near my home when I don't have time to drive to your shop always gives me a receipt and tells me that if anything wrong with my cartridge to please bring it back. The guy working the front desk told just to empty it in to something else or use some other way. So in order to use the cartridge I have already paid for I have to spend more money; really that is your advice! I get that the Manufacturer is not taking back product due to covid but what your really saying to your customers is that your store is so hard up that it will not even replace faulty cartridges. If you were your own customer how would you feel.

My hubby and I call this place the house of the cookies as they used to have several versions of the strain. It's been a good two months since I've been in but the menu doesn't show their normal cookie strains so I've been waiting.

Puddletown from the start has always had personable staff and product is of high quality. A person that gives Puddletown a try will most likely be satisfied.

this is my number one go to dispensaries.. they have so much to choose from and the staff is very patient and knowledgeable. even has private exit so you don't exit back out into the traffic of the lobby..

I love going to Puddletown! Its nice to have friendly faces who know their stuff and have good deals. They keep a variety of products so there is always something new and interesting to try out. Highly recommend this place!

I've been going to puddle town since they first opened up, the people are always friendly and wonderful to stop and chat with. Everyone is very knowledgeable about the product on the shelves and will give you honest opinions on what's what. One huge plus is this is the only pup friendly location around! I hate leaving my dog in the car on hot days, it feels good knowing that he's more than welcome inside with me :) I'd recommend puddletown for anyone

I stopped in because friends from out of the country wanted to go to a dispensary. Driving down Powell from the 205S exit, and this was the first place that caught my eye. I was VERY impressed with the interior, as it was welcoming and roomy and very professional. The staff is all excellent- very knowledgeable and friendly! I stopped by again yesterday to impulse buy and had a repeat fantastic experience. The lovely lady behind the counter (whose name I forget- sorry!) remembered me and helped me out again, sending me home with excellent flowers and a fat pre-roll. Their prices are the most reasonable I've seen from a dispensary of this quality (even with the new mandatory tax added on), and their selection is wonderful and ever-changing. I loved seeing some old favorites and trying new hybrids and specials. I have been over-the-moon impressed with what I've tried from them. Everything is as advertised (which is rare nowadays!) The 9 bus stops right outside (more or less), and even though it's a little far, it's definitely not too far. After hopping from random place to place (and especially coming from pre-legalization days), I have to say that I've found my dispensary.

Would shop here if they listed their THC/CBD percentages. But they don't, so I go places that do.

I stopped in on a whim and was very happy with what I found! Good quality, decent selection, and a free gram and pre-roll to boot. The staff was super friendly and helpful. I'll be returning. :)
