Im always impressed with how knowledgeable the budtenders are and they're also very welcoming and kind. They carry potent and top shelf strains but even the lower shelf items are high quality. My favourite dispensary by far and worth the trip. < pun intended. ^_^

I'm happy with the kind faces and humor. They are simple and patient and woke. THE product and way serving is really effective.

I am a complete noob and was looking for something to help me sleep. The woman who helped me answered all my dumb questions with a laid-back, cheerful and warm attitude. A+ for service! The showroom was lit nicely, not too bright but also not so gloomy that I couldn’t see the merchandise.

I usually go here all the time, but the last time I went there they shorted me about 2 grams and when I called to tell them about it the guy was very rude about it. Make sure you check before you leave there that they give you the correct about.

inconsistencies with pricing. Not only are the Artifact extracts overpriced, but $30 & $35 med/grams are both $42 rec. So 27% tax I paid. Good service but cmon this is why I haven't been there in years.

I have been to many shops in Portland, and this is the best by far. The customer service is excellent, product is great, and price is unbeatable. I drive past many many other shops just to get to this one.

Great prices and good strains however consistently they will try to short you a couple dollars when getting your money back. Not sure if they’re stoned or just can’t do math.

I am very impressed by PuddleTown all my 20+ times, all know me by name know what I want and are very knowledgeable and friendly staff. prices are fair for the quality of flower your getting. I've read other reviews and I don't think it's fair to call them sell outs. I encourage all to stop in and try them out at Puddle Town.

I come from downtown Portland just for there service

The dispensary itself was marginal, the location is not great. It’s nestled in between a sex shop and maybe the sketchiest corner in Portland - like garbage can fires on the sidewalk

Super friendly and knowledgeable staff. The service is Top Notch and I am always greeted with a smile. (Plus you get a 10% discount if your a Vet.) Thank you PT. You are the best of Portland.

The strains I picked up, specifically the Shark Shock, were pretty terrible. I was surprised given reviews, plus it was second sub-standard strain in 2 tries.

This was my first visit to Puddletown! It was cool to see there were multiple stations to check out the different buds and concentrates. Plenty of selection to choose from and everything i saw was top shelf!

Great place, always has a good selection of flowers and edibles, the budtenders are awesome and very knowledgeable, always leave with a smile on my face, and thanks for the lighter and poker :)

This is a great shop, incredible selection on all products, cheapest edibles (that I have seen), great customer service, and just all around good vibes from this place!
