Everyone that works there is very knowledgeable and genuinely interested in making sure you get what you need. Always very clean and good prices and great quality products. I am never made to feel ignorant when asking questions about products. I am a frequent visitor because of the prices and staff.

Terrible prices, amazing they are in business. Do yourself a favor and go to Mission or Peake Relief. They wanted $60 for 8ths that weren't even breaking 20%. waiting room was boiling hot

Went there on Day 1 in MD and was fortunate enough to be seen. The slow-down was not their fault, but due to a slow response from a State of Maryland IT System. They were extremely friendly, knowledgeable, and worked extremely hard as a team to best serve the people of MD. Their hard work and dedication should be commended. I will most definitely be visiting again!

They have worked all the kinks out. Management is on point. Love hearing about the daily specials they send via text. The flights they have are a great way to sample differnet strains. Definitely recommend it.

Decent quality but unreliable. They never answer the door. I used to drive from a far for the deals but after two failed attempts never again.

The people in this dispensary are very helpful. A dispensary recently opened near me but, I still go to Potomac Holistics. It's very organized and well staffed with knowledgeable associates. They not only offer points, per purchase, toward $$discounts but, they also have one of the BEST wisdom and veterans discounts around.

If you live in Downtown Bethesda this is where you need to shop! They Have great prices, awesome customer service, and an extensive selection. I literally drove here from Frederick, MD because they had the strains I was looking for. Tier drop Tuesdays are the best if you're looking for premiere Flower at a fair price. I recommend Birthday Cake by Grass Roots or Bubba Kush by Curio if they have it!

Emailed ahead of time, spoke to both Krystal and William about their delivery service. Send in my order online, then called the store and spoke to Krystal about 2 minutes later to confirm delivery next day. Since I was a new patient, she needed an emailed copy of my ID, ect. I emailed this to Krystal on the same email we had been using back and forth. Never heard back. Delivery never came. 0 stars.

All lovely but their philosophy seems to be “We’re in Potomac, they’ll pay anything”. Prices are a joke. Not giving my money away anymore. Every single strain cannot be valued at 60 for 3.5 grams. Or the lame 55 as if it were a gift. Done. This industry has to start acting like CVS and not my corner street dealer. Legality meant prices were supposed to come down as they no longer needed to make a rainy day fun for court and jail bail. No longer the case. It’s just more greed in the good ole money loving USA. If people would boycott you’d be amazed how quickly sales suddenly pop up. But people are sheeple and let themselves get taken over bad over and over. Time to invest in my grow lamps. Done

I like this location as well.. this is the first dispensary I went to .. One of the first few that opened One of the first few that opened, had a good first time experience though.

Friendly staff, adequate inventory and nice surprise sales!!!

Closed at 3:30 on Xmas eve. No reason, app not updated to say closed, and not even a sign on the door saying closed. Lame, and this place is getting lamer all the time. Get it together folks. Too much competition to deal with this.

Nice setup, but tight. Got a little cramped in the check in area. Shame to be wanded down by the guard, but whatcha gonna do? Staff was awesome and very helpful. Good experience.

I love the helpful people at Potomac Holistics. Jamal has been a huge help to me in figuring out the best way to treat MS symptoms. I’m so grateful for their help and their gift for calm when the world feels really strained all around me.

Amazing staff and good selection

Friendly staff. Decent prices. Nice discount if you buy over $150. My only issue is that the selection of flower could be better. Other dispensaries have more strains.

Was very disappointed with the store itself, selection and service. The person helping me was not knowledgeable about the products at all. Doesn't compete with the superior experiences I have had at other local dispensaries.
