Went there on Day 1 in MD and was fortunate enough to be seen. The slow-down was not their fault, but due to a slow response from a State of Maryland IT System. They were extremely friendly, knowledgeable, and worked extremely hard as a team to best serve the people of MD. Their hard work and dedication should be commended. I will most definitely be visiting again!

Everyone that works there is very knowledgeable and genuinely interested in making sure you get what you need. Always very clean and good prices and great quality products. I am never made to feel ignorant when asking questions about products. I am a frequent visitor because of the prices and staff.

Decent quality but unreliable. They never answer the door. I used to drive from a far for the deals but after two failed attempts never again.

If you live in Downtown Bethesda this is where you need to shop! They Have great prices, awesome customer service, and an extensive selection. I literally drove here from Frederick, MD because they had the strains I was looking for. Tier drop Tuesdays are the best if you're looking for premiere Flower at a fair price. I recommend Birthday Cake by Grass Roots or Bubba Kush by Curio if they have it!

Popped in to PH on a whim and was very pleasantly impressed by the waiting are, the friendliness of the staff and the selection. Jamal was great. He really knows his stuff. I would recommend PH without hesitation.

Excellent Dispensary

Emailed ahead of time, spoke to both Krystal and William about their delivery service. Send in my order online, then called the store and spoke to Krystal about 2 minutes later to confirm delivery next day. Since I was a new patient, she needed an emailed copy of my ID, ect. I emailed this to Krystal on the same email we had been using back and forth. Never heard back. Delivery never came. 0 stars.

Atmosphere is relaxing. Employees made me feel welcome.They have quality service with good advice.

I love coming here! Every single person who works here makes you always feel welcomed and never rushed. This place is 5 minutes from my job and by far my favorite dispensary to go to. Highly recommended!
