Ponderosa Dispensary - Glendale

After coming to this dispensary weekly for 2+ years, this last visit will sadly have to be my last. I was met with open hostility and cursed at for asking to speak to a manager to clarify a question. I cannot in good conscience support a business that hires employees who treat customers that way.

bait and switch for sure! went in to pick up live sauce as pictured and was sold some badder in a live sauce box... nothing saucy at all and no diamonds in it. I stop going here and every once in a awhile I go back and I am always reminded of why I stopped going here. I called and told the guy there about what I bought and he pretty much said it is what it is. that's how it is based on the plant used. they are selling sugar wax off as sauce.. and based on the pic, it should be sauce with diamonds. absolutely misleading and I hope the state of az cracks down on you guys. you guys are always doing something shady or selling bud with seeds. absolutely disappointed and when I told the guy at the shop it didn't matter to him. your just another number here. not a patient.

Stood outside waiting over 45 mins for a online pick up. Was told a 15 to 20 min wait.... absolutely took 45. Would have appreciated a more accurate quote so I could if come back ....

Management is non existent. Policies are unreasonable. Products are iffy. Never going back

I got the worst looking shatter. It was crumbled and could not smoke it. I asked for an exchange after leaving the store within 5 mins. They would not exchange, I have now wasted $30 will not be back.

Online Order is constantly cancelled. Called and said that one of my items was out of stock. Their competitors contact you and make changes so you can still get your other items. No priority or breaks for medical patients even though we are the reason they have been open so long and so successful. Really disappointed I need to find a new place. Spent lots of $$$ here, sad to see med patients aren't important to this establishment anymore.

BE AWARE PLEASE! THUNDER CLOUDS BOGO on 2g carts are highly DEFECTIVE it's been TWICE I go to purchase these in particular and both times very defective carts. SHADY ONLY 3 DAYS TO RETURN? not ok customers need more time to return defective product. the carts leak bad. you'll need to be cleaning it out your mouth. very unpleasant experience. unprofessional AF if that's why they are on BOGO!

Since the first time I've come to this dispensary I have been shown nothing but quality service and top notch marijuana as far as the eye can see! From fantastic employees to grade a bud Ponderosa makes buying weed something to look forward to instead of just being a chore.

my favorite dispensary for flower in AZ. purple punch is the bomb! Deli style service so there no pre packaged bait n switch like some spots. They also got a big selection of canamo concentrates. i just wish they carried mpx products as well.

I get the curbside. But to not tell anyone. You don't put it on the website. So get their wait an hour. Then they still served three people that were their after me.. they need to figure it out. I won't be back till you do.....

From the first step to the last step in and out the front door there was just a tremendous feeling that I was going to find exactly what I was looking for and just like that, it was found. They’re a bit far from where I am located but they are 100% worth the drive, all their budtenders are extremely knowledgeable and know how to help.

This place is so nice and Ellie helped me figure out the best in house strain for me. I'll definitely be back!

Stopped here on my way home for the first time and I will definitely be back. Canamo Concentrates never disappoints. My budtender was very knowledgeable of their products and offered a nice genuine experience.

Great spot! Super friendly staff and knowledgeable. Got to talking with my budtender and forgot my change. I called them and they were able to see that I left it. Now it's waiting for me to pick it up!

awesome location they got a really detailed amount of supplies very awesome customer service Paul was very helpful when I was trying to get through the process very educational and informed about his various products in his store we'll be coming back
