Came to Phoenix Relief to use a credit ($5) that I had on a rewards card that I had misplaced. Upon telling my receptionist, she informed me that my card is like CASH and is unreplaceable... Okay then... guess I won’t be coming back since I won’t be able to accumulate rewards points. It’s all good, there’s plenty of other places to shop around at.

3rd and final time I drive 45 minutes out here waste gas and time for them not to have the products they say they have on Leafly and the website. And when if you want to avoid this and order online...well all the products are not there. This is really upsetting being a patient with a disease that I don’t chose when I get to hurt. U should have what u should available or be on top of your website. Absolute crap when I comes to updating and the wait times are usually redic. Not only had to pay for a member ship card for a few dollars off that will never be used. U lost me and all my friends purchases.

I like the meds here and the reward card is nice too the staff is super helpful n knowledgeable I will be making this a regular shop I go to

Very disappointed with the special I came in for!! Went in for the Ghost Train Haze but ended up walking out with King Mamba which I highly do NOT recommend!! I don't believe its even healthy! Worst experience I ever had and for the Budtender to tell me "Yea this is for sure the heaviest Indica" shame on you! I would of just paid for an 8th of some meds def worth it than for a 60$ half oz of headaches and nasty tasting buds. I would of saved my 60$ and got some real meds than to waste it plus i have to wait 14days for my allotment!!

Drove a long way to try this place out for their ftp special and try nectar farms flower. I called ahead of time to ask what restrictions apply to their bogo and they said there was no restriction, bogo up to an ounce of flower on any flower. It wasn't until I showed up that they mention it is limited to one item..coincidentally they don't have full ounces, so there was no way to get a bogo ounce. Definitely not interested in giving this place any more business when their deals are a trick to get you in the door. Flower was great but these brands are available at several other dispensaries that honor their word.

Only time worth coming is when my man Ryan is here, he's the only tender that speaks to ya square. See ya next Sunday bro!

Place is a joke I live 80 miles away and asked them to check to see if I've ever been a patient there before for the FTP deal. they couldn't tell me if I've ever been there or not for some reason so I told him thank you but I'm not going and waste an 80 mile drive for nothing. bad salesmanship right there. will never go there

why did you guys delete the review about me being honest about your emoloyee, lying saying they stopped making a specific product just to get me to buy a different one???

Picked up some doctor who on recommendation. It was kinda out of my price range but dope as hell like he said. But im happy, thanks ryan. =)

I have been a patient for 3 years+. I have never had one bad experience nor has the staff ever made a bad recommendation. I recently moved across town I take two buses across town to go to PRC. I have tried others but they do not compare to Phoenix Relief Center.It is a great place!

my first time visit that dispensary waited 2 and a half hours inline on 4/20 I've got a dollar out that has tons of mold in the weed call management and they said there's nothing they can do on top of me spending almost $700 they're on all their Edibles and other products everybody that rates five stars is because they get a free pre-roll so they get paid off for leaving a 5-star rating when the place is a complete garbage can in their weed is not nowhere near as good as other dispensaries try it out yourself but guarantee you'll be pissed you went....

Leafy had an advertised price of eighths for 4 or more, so I went to purchase 4 and they would not give me the price advertised on Leafy. I have gotten this deal many times before, but on this past Friday they insisted I had to buy 5. I disagreed and applied they were trying to take advantage of me. The staff became very rude and asked me to leave and never come back. I have been going there for 2 yrs. NO MORE!

Got charged 25% more than the price listed on leafly, the guy helping me was having a bad day and wasn't really interested in helping out though there was a chick behind the counter who definitely made up for it.

I will not be coming here again due to the fact that the two men in there made me feel so bad about buying a gram only, Also they only had 4-5 different buds to choose from,they do got several edibles. my experience was not the best as I told you all they are very stuck up and don't like that type of scene.
