Long wait, order was skimped, changed the rewards system without notice, and they don't keep their menus up to date.

Long term patient here. I've been given 3 stories about this shops rewards program. I was maxed out on a punch card but now they tell me I have to spend more money for them to honor it?! Feels like smoke & mirrors to me. Have others tried to use this rewards program?

I'm growing increasingly disappointed with Peake Releaf, a place that was once my go-to spot for quality, 1:1 tinctures at affordable prices (i.e., TCT Tuesdays offers 20% off). Earlier today, I purchased two tinctures (listed at $35/each on BOTH Peake's website and Leafly) and neither had the 20% off discount applied on my receipt - other items I purchased *did* show the discount on the receipt. When I asked the budtender about the TCT deal, he stated that the tinctures were actually $40/each, which would have been fine but 20% off of $40 is actually $32, not $35. I didn't bother trying to do the math on the fly and trusted the budtender's word but once I got home, I did the math and confirmed that I was overcharged...yet again. It's really disappointing that this continues to happen. This is the FOURTH time I've experienced issues on Tuesdays' discounts. I don't think I'll be returning.

Nice place but problems with pricing on multiple occasions. Prices online have not matched up when I come to pick up and staff has been reluctant to correct errors on their end, offered me a coupon which showed no limitations but there absolutely were limitations when it came time to use said coupon. I ended up receiving a discount 1/4 of what I was expecting. Disappointed and there are plenty of other dispensaries without this problem that I’ll be frequenting. This place now gives me anxiety, which I come here to help treat, because there have been so many issues and I don’t want to confront them about their mistakes and poor customer service.

I am a recently disabled 22 y/o. I explained my situation to Raj at 7:45 on a Sunday.. how Herbology and other dispensaries were not treating me well as I crutch around, risking a fall on my (already having 2 surgeries) left knee. He was super sweet, and answered all my questions so I placed a delivery order online the next day. MC was the Miss who called me to confirm my order. Now after some great specials, my price was a little under $150- Which is the minimum for delivery. After her beautiful note of “ “this one is for the positive lady vibes” wishing you a successful surgery and speedy recovery, I was amazed by their service. But Jules helped me the most, bringing my delivery to me directly, especially quickly, and to a woman on crutches, that meant a lot. The service was lovely and I can only hope all of them the best during this pandemic. They were so respectful of a woman in need and pain. Thanks y’all.

Everyone I dealt with was professional, friendly, and knew their products. I will make this my favorite dispensary.
Parking is a bit difficult to get into from the street.

Favorite Maryland Medical cannabis dispensary I’ve been to yet. I have been here more than any other because they have the best deals, the best staff (especially Michael, he knows what’s good), and the best management. I bought a Yocan vape there and it stopped working completely a month later and when I brought it in they replaced it no problem.

Each time I've gone into Peake Releaf I've found myself impressed at the level of service and knowledge each staff member has. Their recommendations are always spot on and their prices are some of the best in the area.
Great welcoming place with a friendly attitude. They don't try to act like you should know everything about cannabis which I think is awesome. I'll definitely be coming back! Great deals plus great strains equal a great dispensary!
They are GREAT.I shop in 2-3 locations .They always have great selection , and staff is knowledgeable.Everyday deals are also a plus.

Great location, great hours & awesome employees! Even though this dispensary is quite a way from my home, I really enjoy coming here. It’s never over busy, the budtenders know their stuff & they’re so incredibly helpful. I’ve been back twice & everything I’ve purchased has been extremely helpful. Will be back!

Peake is fantastic. I have been twice and each time was a great visit. The employees are very knowledgeable and the selection is top shelf. Stardawg is amazing and I am a big fan of the OG Clear carts. I will definitely be here regularly.

I love this place. I’ve tried a few other dispensaries, but I’ve never had customer service like I do here. Everyone here makes sure you’re taken care of and they don’t rush. I’ve never been pressured into buying anything. I suffer from a lot of autonomic and autoimmune issues, so my needs change frequently. They always have what I’m looking for. When I’m not sure, they listen and suggest things that might help. They’ve explained what certain terpenes do and are extremely knowledgeable. It’s like seeing a friend when you walk in. I’ve even been able to sit with the medical director for some guidance and suggestions. Competitive pricing, great selection, beautiful inside, amazing staff...what more could you want?

Awesome customer service and knowledgeable staff. I went to this place because a friend recommended me to, and now, I am telling YOU to go YOURSELF. The staff welcomed me immediately from the door with smiles and said they will be right after the current clients they were dealing with. This gave me a moment to scan the large selection of cannabis products. Once it was my turn Juliana answered all my questions flawlessly and really aimed my purchases for my exact needs; which was refreshing considering the other dispensaries I’ve went to are more busier trying to sell me their newest products. I would go here 1000 times again because the service they supplied was felt. I’m excited to write this review and hope this helps others make the best choice. And hey, Peake ReLeaf, I hope to see you guys expand! Your service rocks!!!

Loved spending my time at this dispensary, they have a huge menu and such helpful staff. I was helped by Tracey both times I went there and she really helped me out with her recommendations. I was referred to this dispensary by a friend and i promise to keep coming back!
I think so highly of this dispensary, that I brought my father as a customer!! So of course I’m going to take him to my favorite & most popular dispensary with the best prices and deals!
He got along amazingly with the staff and was given really good information on the new product he received-but I always see this when I’m there with everyone.
It’s such a pleasant dispensary and it is due to the generosity and professionalism of the hard-working staff members. And I really feel appreciated when they remember what I like!
Sometimes, deals are so popular, they be running out early. So lately, I’ve been using Leafly’s Online Pickup Order and Peake Releaf always has my order ready to go and never has a problem if I need to switch or add a product. Very convenient and location is perfect!

I have been going to this location for about a year now I have never had any problems until the last two times I have went I go home put the 8th on the scale and it's between 2.5 and 2.9 it has happened the last two times I have been there hoping it's just a mistake because I really like the staff that works there

Quite upset to place an online order and watch a person come in after me served first whilst I sat. It appears that the functionality is lacking and no one thought to apologize. It took me 30 minutes as I had to wait for the person to who check in after me to be served first. Seems pretty crappy.
