Long time Medical Patient , here who has PTSD , and chronic back and rib pain. Let me just say I am always happy to enter into the doors of this fine well kept and very clean establishment, full of smiling faces. The one , bud tender, Andrew is always so knowledgeable of the strains, and is just a great guy ! Thanks again for a positive experience Lowell Patriots !

Showed up to pick up my much needed medicine on Tuesday at 11:30 am 2/2/21 and wouldn't you know it...a sign on the door saying that they are closed from 1/27-2/6...why??? And not even an email or text message to inform patients so they don't waste their time. They are constantly sending promotional messages or messages saying when any of the branches are closed due to weather or holidays so why not this time...patriot care Lowell you guys really dropped the ball this time!

Love the staff and products. Layout could be more conducive to spending on accessories etc… feel rushed and crowded with the display in the center of the room with people busy at counters all the way around

Great weed

The majority of their product is excellent, but the wait is ridiculous (everyday all day) and they are always closing early for this reason or that. If they could work out the issues with the absurd wait time and closing earlier than they advertise, this place would be the best spot around. Oh and watch out for the UKU vape cartridges, the majority of them are short, make sure they look at it before buying!
