Love this place! So convenient and usually have a pretty good selection. They do sell out of certain things quickly though.

I just adore this dispensary. The staff are sweet and very helpful. They may run out of different products, but they always get more. The shatter and oil is amazing they help with pain. Nausea and any nasty feeling you may get... the shatter and the oil just fix it right up... And the flower is always on point. They have great variety of different flowers that help it all. This is pretty much the only place i go to get my meds . i recommend everyone here.

I’ve been to all of the dispensaries in the region, plus some in Boston. Their flower is still superior. Not too dry, lots of crystals, potent smell. I’m also glad that they carry patches. Not a lot of places do. Not a fan of the allocation of staff to the rec line, which did Result in a 40 minute wait for patients. I left because the wait was too long; I didn’t get my CBD patches. This doesn’t seem right. Granted, it was right before a holiday, but I still think patients should take priority in regards to staffed registers. If rec users leave because patient priority it taking too long, it really isn’t my concern. They don’t need it. For so patients, it is the difference between functioning and not functioning. It’s not like a pharmacy where we can just easily go to another. There still aren’t that many dispensaries around. I’ve since learned to order ahead, but I don’t think there is a separate pickup line like there is at NETA. This would also speed the lines along. It is my hope that these kinks have been worked out since that visit. If so, I’m happy to update my review.

Be carful so I purchase product from this place an well yeah it’s good but check your weight of product weight you buy as I buy 7 gs of a few different strains an they give me 4 1.75 tubes I’m like hmm get them home to put on very expensive highly accurate scale to find out not one is more than 1.70 with the lowest 1.65 I under stand it drys out but that should be understood already an check oni Know some people think oh that last only a little but really not basically a half g off before open seal I’m sorry but had to let everyone one know be carful

prices keep going up and up without end in site.

I always come back to this dispensary here in Lowell. One) because it is easy to find right off the highway, Two) the staff here are extremely helpful and know what they are dealing with & Three) they offer great deals weekly and have great strains and other cool stuff like pieces and edibles. <3 this place

Limited choices, flower only, and a 5g limit. Not worth going to. Been like that for tooo many months. Go elsewhere.

I had an educational tutorial on how to use and clean your Dr Dabber. Did you know that there are 3 little holes in the dishes this allows you to inhale the vapor but if you over fill the dish then the product can drip out of these holes. When adding products use just enough to cover heating element. You can use the oils in the dish with the coils the ceramic halo can be used with shatter. You should also clean after using 1/2 gram. To clean put Isopropyl Alcohol 91% in a zip lock bag immerse quartz dishes 1 at a time in the bag for 20 minutes let air dry. I learned all this at Patriot Care Lowell. The staff is extremely knowledgeable about all aspects dealing with medical Marijuana and there edibles are off the hook specialy the 55mgBlondie.

The Staff here at patriot care lowell really does a great job. They always seem to have a smile, even with the new rec. sales. 5 Stars to them.

not happy I drove from Fitchburg only to get there after I get to the reception to tell me they arent accepting new pts , mind you there was no sign on door, or the website and .the blonde girl behind the window was not apologetic at all big waste of my time

They have unreasonable lines a lot but an HOUR AND A HALF WAIT for medical patients?! This places’s efficiency and customer service are absolutely disgraceful

During the COVID pandemic many dispensaries are taking appropriate action to keep their patients safe. This is not one of those establishments. They are using menus in plastic and do not disinfect them in between patrons. Most dispensaries have already followed precautions using one time paper use menus. The security at the door is wearing a mask under his nose and the tellers do not wipe down the counter, key pad, or change their gloves in between customers. Not to mention the line from the door around the corner. We should be following our civic responsibility to keep our community safe.

Came here for several months because of how close it was and the veterans discount, but I can't anymore, even with a 40% off discount. Outside line/curbside "system" is laughably chaotic, there's arguments outside all the time, some almost physical (as if thats what we need right now). Half the staff (inside, not security) is just downright rude (would be 1 star if not for the few extremely nice people they have there.) Issue 1- Shorted pre rolls are becoming common. 2nd issue- Med patients now have to stand in line outside whether they placed an order or not (many of these folks disabled in some way) while "cash pick up" and recreational orders get to either wait in their car, or jump out pay cash and go. If you have an issue, allow me to save you the time speaking with a manager, they'll throw a little tantrum and tell you to go elsewhere. If you're not specifically going there for a discount or time crunch, go to Woburn.

This place sucks. They rarely have shatter. When they do it's over priced CBD that does nothing but give you a headache. They are just ripping people off with over priced crap weed. It's a disgrace that these people are the only ones licensed in this area and gauging people with bad products.

My first visit to Patriotcare and I'm very impressed by their professionalism and welcoming atmosphere. Two minutes to fill out a brief information form and I was attended to within 5 minutes by a very informative bud specialist who answered all my questions and she was friendly and professional. They had more strains than was listed on their website and here on leafly, so I was pleasantly surprised by the additional selections. I can't comment yet on strain quality yet, maybe tomorrow lol, but from the scent of the bottles, they should help me be pain free😅. Give them a try, much better than other places I've been too.

This dispensary is the most comforting, loving, caring, compassionate, sensitive place cause the people who work here are all Angels. My Angels, Debbie Al-Harbi (Perfect location!)

I was a customer here for 3 years, during that time the dispensary has steadily gone down hill. They have become one of the most haphazard and ill-lead businesses I've ever dealt with. Today I placed an order and received a notification it was ready for pickup, after standing in line for an hour because they decided pickups don't get priority today, a third of my order was missing and they had nothing else to give me instead, so I just had to go home with 66% of my order. When I spoke to a manager about it, I was basically told "sucks to be you, we're not doing anything to make it right". Then I was told that I should have used a secret unadvertised E-mail address to get delivery instead. WTF is wrong with this place? What happened to it?

This place blows. Weed is over priced and quality sucks 2. Just and other greedy owner

The place is nice looking but they have the store split half medical and half recreational and they have 3 more people working on the recreational side so that means PAYING medical patients have to wait outside while adults can pop in and out real quick. Plus when you ask why med has to wait and not rec they get mad at you. Last time i came in, no exaggeration, 20 rec people were in and out before i was even up to the ordering window. Its bullshit and backwards and i will not be coming back.
