Cannabist - Lowell (Medical)

Everyone is very nice and they know the products very well.

Efficient system in place when I went, there was 2 receptionists to handle medical and recreational sign-in quickly and they were extremely friendly. The staff was great until I got to the bud-tenders, they were all in a group chatting amongst themselves and barely bothered to acknowledge me or the other medical patients at the counter. Chewing bright green gum with his mouth open while ringing me up, and not so much as a word beyond the total I was to pay. It certainly wasn’t enough to keep me from returning to this location especially because it’s incredibly convenient to where I live, but I certainly hope the staff at the sales counter is as courteous as the reception staff next time. It seemed like most of the staff at the counter just needed to be reminded that you shouldn’t talk to other staff you should talk to customers while at work, and that chomping gum with your mouth agape is bad service. Service at the counter aside, Product was decent, but sold in small quantities (1/16’s seriously?) selection was good but mostly 50/50 hybrids. Parking was not an issue but I’m unsure how it works for recreational customers.

Love how they have a recycling program. Half gram pre rolls lasted longer than. I thought. OK quality bud, have had better. Not much of a selection, $190 an ounce is not cheap. Didn't see slot of concentrated foods. Location is good. Staff was friendly but looked exhausted. I'll be back.

I absolutely love the staff at Patriot Care in Lowell. They were patient and helpful when I was a newbie. And the security staff is excellent. I feel safe in this parking lot. I can see security watching me to my car.

Why are their medical prices higher than rec dispensary prices around the area? For same brand, less THC, like how can they possibly still be in a business? Drive into Boston - it’s wayyyyyyy more worth it
