I love Patriot Care! My only suggestion is when two different hybrids ( Strawberry Banana one SH and the other IH) have the same exact name (which really is odd) be more conspicuous about it and double check with consumer. Love IH but not SH. I had been buying the IH for awhile and love it. SH can amplify anxiety. I'll be back and do my due diligence in the future, but heads up!
I have picked up from here several times. Everyone is always very professional, and the majority of the bud I have gotten has been excellent. My only slight complaint is that yesterday when I went to pick up my order, I also asked if I could add a pack of king sized elements rolling papers, but didnt realizs until i got home that I had been given elements pre rolled cones that you just can fill.... which is not what I asked for or want. I know it's not that big a deal, and I dont mean to be rude, but it's an important part of my smoking experience to roll my own. I know I specified rolling papers, and that they have them there. I am sure it was an honest mistake, but I'm still frustrated lol
Great product. Worth the long drive. Very clean, well-organized COVID style workflow. I was in and out in less than 5 minutes on a busy Saturday afternoon.
Only constructive feedback to beware of is that phone customer service isn't always very nice to new people trying to figure out how to use leafly, the pick up and payment rules, etc. It's not all spelled out on either website, so CSR's should expect questions, use their product to help them be more mindful while on the phone with newbies (and yes I hate the phone too but we still have to use it to conduct some business together)
