Patriot Care - Greenfield (Adult-Use)

Unfortunately, Patriot Care has, since their somewhat recent opening, routinely had difficulty stocking comparable quality cannabis to the other dispensaries in the Commonwealth. I've visited twice a week since their opening, keeping an eye on their offerings and quality. Unfortunately, Patriot Care has several issues at the moment. I'll turn to quality in a second, but the service has been weirdly bad for no known reason. I have, on multiple occasions, been ignored, rudely brushed off, or otherwise caught the admission window person in a bad mood. It's been the same late-middle-aged woman, so either she's having a bad month, or that's just how she is. The "budtenders" and other employees are fairly hit or miss, but so far about half the time I've also caught generally irritable employees here. I have absolutely no idea why, however I've noticed that the attitude sustains itself across the customers in front of me, and it appears to continue after I've left, so I don't think it's just me. In general, the employee attitude at this location is uneven at best. Finally, and this has changed now, but Patriot Care was running with the most restrictive and least sensical purchase of anywhere in the state. Strangely, they also have the dubious distinction of being one of the least visited. Quality: Look, I'll just direct. The cannabis offerings here are routinely: low-TAC (I would say they REGULARLY average maybe 15% on their listed TACs; that's about half the strength and quality of peer dispensaries), the selection is limited both broadly, in terms individual strains, but also they rarely have Sativas of any quality. Occasional non-standard Sativa strains and other in-house, low-strength strains compose most of the menu here. If you want high-Myrcene and other less desirable or less common terpene profiles, they've got some interesting offerings. If you're looking for Limene, Pinene, and other terpene profiles related to Sativa strains and their ilk, I would highly, highly encourage you to look elsewhere. Not only do they rarely care sativas, when they do, they're rarely common, popular, and well-received Sativas. Instead, they're low-strength, unusual terpene profiles, or simply not existent. It's a neat space. I like the interior. TL;DR: 1.) Employees should relax and enjoy their job a little bit. Or at least hide their annoyance and disgust with working here. 2.) More strains of cannabis. 3.) more sativa. 4.) higher quality.

The flower is excellent I would like to see more concentrate choices for recreational menu

Great flower and prerolls, I prefer to stick to the strains grown by Patriot Care or other dispensaries I know. Concentrate, cartridge and edible selection isn't very wide and it's all wholesale from other shops. Prices on those mentioned products should be much lower as well. But overall I know what I go there for and the product I get is always top notch.

I've been to literally 9 dispensaries in mass and this one is my least favorite .the bud all tastes the same and reminds me of homegrown my buddy grows.. and they have rules like you can only get up to a eighth as rec and or 1/16 and two prerolls. won't be back

You could not ask for a better dispensary. They have a great staff that knows how to guide you to the right product and the quality is top notch.

So let me say how disappointed I am after visiting Patriot Care. It's flower is low TAC and they literally never carry more than 2 Sativas and that's on a good day. I've been checking the menu daily and haven't seen a single pre rolled in 5 days. Now that's just sad and not acceptable. Really not a single joint for sale. Today there's no flower except ONE. Sadly this place won't last. No wonder the place is always empty. Never waited in line once. Out of there is less than 7 minutes. There's a guy outside with a long reddish beard who's great. But there one guy inside who wears glasses he's is one miserable person. Very rude. Well that being said I'll be heading to NETA today. It sucks cause I live here and Greenfield and waited a while for this place to open. Again disappointed. Looks like this staff is pretty lazy and not intested in what us the customer wants!!

Will never go back. Terrible customer service, their flower lacks everything from taste, looks and THC. Pre rolls are the worst if they even have them on the menu. All around disappointed

Not very good at all! $96 for a 0.5 gram Pax Era Pod? $20 cheaper elsewhere. Out of all the dispensaries I've bought from, this was by far the worst of them all.

I want to be very Pacific and honest the long lines was very hard to get used to, now covid-19 hit they have this online thing which is very difficult hard to get into more then the line 😣 with that being said eventually the line at that time became easier because they came up with a better way on doing it ,I'm hoping that the same thing happens with this online thing as well ,but I guess there's nothing really they can do about that because they have to obey the government laws ,and do the best that they can for the customers now with all of that being said every time I get in there the customer is superb not only are they friendly and real ,no fake smiles, each and every one of them know the product they don't make you feel like you are Criminal and as a black American that suffers from anxiety that means a lot🤣 ,they treat you with such respect and kindness and helpful I enjoy going there just for that reason, thank you worth the drive worth the money🖤🖤🖤

I bought an 1/8 of the zour apple strain. Its good and strong BUT its wicked dry and so far I've found 3 seeds. The fancy glass package it comes in is very hard to open. Its overkill. I'm not buying anymore over packaged seedy flower from Patriot Care. The pre-rolls I bought are great so far, no seeds yet. I haven't smoked a seed in years but I did today after my visit to Patriot Care.

Curbside pickup was way more quick, simple, and convenient than expected, I’m very excited they are back in business for adult use sales

I am writing a second review since they have greatly improved in the last 2 months! I freaking love the prerolls here and the 5 packs are amazing when they have a strain I like. The singles are nice when I want to sample something I have not tried. Selection and customer service have been great each of my last 4 visits since deciding to give them another go. Also sweet that they have a ridiculous selection of bud to choose from and you can buy a full oz.

really going down hill. no more samples to SEE what you're buying? awful idea. selection got bigger, but quality has gone down. excitedly bought a 1/4 for $75. should have known better. tiny buds with lots of stem and an insane amount of leaf. not worth the "savings". every time I've gone back, I've been more disappointed than before. won't be back again.

Menu is smaller than some of the others in the are, products are good but some the pricing is a little wacky. Staff was friendly enough. No waiting any time I have been. Parking is confusing at first, but ok once you know what is going on. Not the nicest exterior. Inside is ok but small.

The selection is amazing, and they keep their menu up to date really well. My only complaint is they have a couple of employees/bud tenders who aren't very friendly.

Honestly the only time I ever review anything is when it is well deserved. I got in and out fast! Their staff is knowledgeable and friendly! A little more costly than others in the area, but quality is so much better! Derek is a wealth of knowledge and helped me with the up most professionalism!!! Now if you'll excuse me I believe there's some mini donuts in the pantry!

Very friendly staff. Even the security detail outside was nice.

1st off flower was top quality. Botanist Worcester, Ma my favorite place for flower. Patriot care beat them out. Bought animal mints, citrus berry, an black bananas omg all top notch medical bud. Prices are still a little too high for me. But quality is amazing an they at least have deals n discounts to help med patients. An there 15% is the highest I’ve had yet for mass health card holders. 15% off every purchase is a big saver. I will def be back. They really need 70$ quarters n so like the botanist does.

I feel like I could get an ounce of untrimmed and an ounce of anything Sira Naturals. And the untrimmed would have less trim.

I go here only for The heirloom collective bud (my favorite “brand” so far...).

I love this place. Clean, efficient, friendly. It does seem like they run out of stock occasionally, so get to know the days when they have new shipments arriving!
