1st off flower was top quality. Botanist Worcester, Ma my favorite place for flower. Patriot care beat them out. Bought animal mints, citrus berry, an black bananas omg all top notch medical bud. Prices are still a little too high for me. But quality is amazing an they at least have deals n discounts to help med patients. An there 15% is the highest I’ve had yet for mass health card holders. 15% off every purchase is a big saver. I will def be back. They really need 70$ quarters n so like the botanist does.
Honestly the only time I ever review anything is when it is well deserved. I got in and out fast! Their staff is knowledgeable and friendly! A little more costly than others in the area, but quality is so much better! Derek is a wealth of knowledge and helped me with the up most professionalism!!! Now if you'll excuse me I believe there's some mini donuts in the pantry!
wow that one guy really likes his sativas. I must have one of those faces because the woman at the door was overly pleasant as were the other employees. They had hash and distillate oil kief some bud , not sure why all the complaining. The "flower " was cool nothing to bark at or scream with glee about but they were strains I haven't tried yet so that's a plus. love the kief and oil . It was the Fitchburg finest hash I really jumped over the moon for . The taste and old school effect was awesome I'm glad I got a gram. Please keep that on the menu. Greenfield thumbs up man yeah.
I love this place. Clean, efficient, friendly. It does seem like they run out of stock occasionally, so get to know the days when they have new shipments arriving!
The only location I found in Western Mass to offer legit THC distillate for adult use at a very reasonable price. You cannot find a better price point or even distillate syringes without added fillers or terpenes(optional) anywhere else and I have shopped at 4 other dispensaries. I love this place! Half Gram distillate syringes are freaking awesome here! Great extractor/flower on this batch especially. Will be back. And the Employees all greeted me with smiles and by my full first name which is refreshing. Thanks again from Michael
Unlike a lot of other people I've had some decent luck with the flower sold by this dispensary: had a few varieties that I thought were A+ in terms of flavor and effect, and a few that were B+ for effect. Frankly I have not been impressed by the extracts, including Fitchburg's Finest "hash" (in reality a combo of kief, distillate, etc). Also, I bought "shatter" from them once that was pretty waxy and not at all clear. Service has been friendly and prompt, no complaints on that front. Takeaway is the flower has IMO been markedly better than area competitors, but the extracts at other dispensaries are much better. Also, their parents corp lobbies against homegrowing, so, maybe keep in mind who you're doing business with if that's something you care about.
It was very nice to see how organized and efficient the staff was even though the methods of delivery have changed. Have always had a great experience at Patriot Care and the variety and good price will have me returning.
Great product. Worth the long drive. Very clean, well-organized COVID style workflow. I was in and out in less than 5 minutes on a busy Saturday afternoon.
Only constructive feedback to beware of is that phone customer service isn't always very nice to new people trying to figure out how to use leafly, the pick up and payment rules, etc. It's not all spelled out on either website, so CSR's should expect questions, use their product to help them be more mindful while on the phone with newbies (and yes I hate the phone too but we still have to use it to conduct some business together)
Really awesome place. Nice people to go along with great product. I didn’t feel out of place like some of the other Facilities facilities close to them make you feel. Will be my new spot for sure!
