LA Cannabis Co Weed Dispensary Los Angeles

While in the venue to get CBD oil (with hopes to put a halt to my anxiety/SEIZURES and overall issue, I had a seizure inside😕. Unaware of what was going on, I was escorted out the venue by Security. I was almost ran over by cars on Obama RD. I called the next day to ask what happened, I was made aware that I had a seizure and was told they had it on camera and therefore was BANNED and could NOT return. Can’t order and pick up, NOTHING. Aside from that, I saw a young lady worker at the corner store and she CRINGED at Me. Very disappointed as whoever’s reading could imagine as I felt embarrassed and helpless. I could’ve been killed with being forced out after a full blown seizure and told to “shoo”.. very foul!😔

I make a visit to that place today and they’re friendly and be patient with me to writing papers for making communication since I am Deaf. Their services is awesome!

This was my second visit. I used the online order system, and was sent the “order received” text. I arrived early, walked into the waiting area and took a seat, as there were probably 10 people waiting already. Once the window was clear, I walked up with my ID to let the receptionist know I had arrived. She confirmed she saw the order, and that it would still be a few. She asked me to have a seat and wait for the confirmation text. About 5 min later the text came through, so again, I approached the counter, and was showing the young lady the text ( as this is what the text advised). This time with an attitude, she says “ that’s because I just sent the order through, you have to wait for me to call your name, like I explained to you before.” As a second time customer, and first time using the online system, I would have thought the employees would be a little more patient with newcomers. Also, she would not honor my 2nd time patient card, because it was an online order. I’m very disappointed and dissatisfied with the poor customer service and bad attitude. Your company was recommended to me in high regard from someone that works closely with all of your establishments. I will come back again, as I do understand sometimes people have bad days. With having 15+ years in customer service/ retail management, I expect my experience to be night and day compared to today’s visit.

Me and my husband wanted to purchase a CBD product which we were hoping would help with acute pain from a herniated disk and sciatica. My husband went back into the room (while I waited in the waiting area) ON CRUTCHES and was specific about wanting a CBD oil product for the pain in his back and his sciatica. The budtender recommended two products for my husband to choose from and said that he himself had back pain. He recommended the product we ended up purchasing. The tincture we purchased had no effect on pain and wasn't even marketed as such. After contacting the dispensary at the Obama/Exposition location by phone we were told by a worker that all of the CBD products were for pain. This sounded pretty wrong to me, especially after I researched the product online and CBD products in general. The worker was pretty emphatic about this despite the fact that the product was really only sold as a health and wellness aid (sleep and relaxation) Now, we are out a hard earned $43 after talking my husband into trying CBD oil specifically for his health ailment. Now I know we will have to find a dispensary specifically for medical issues only and not purchase our products from here. You guys might want to come up with a better way to education your workers and handle dissatisfied customers.

My favorite dispensary in the La area. Really nice and clean, private parking which is extremely rare to come by in LA. Great selection of flower, especially if you’re on a budget like me. I recommend the fire OG or the dos si dos OG.

This shop has great quality flowers along with daily deals that blow a lot of the competition out of the water. Best shop in the area hands down.

I love the product but this is the 2nd time I get bad service by the budtender I get better service from front desk. You will think it will be the other way around. So yes the service could use improvements!
