Had a GREAT first-timer experience! I will definitely return! I've been to several dispensaries around southern CA and this was a top experience. Thanks so much for your professionalism and friendly service!

Me and my husband wanted to purchase a CBD product which we were hoping would help with acute pain from a herniated disk and sciatica. My husband went back into the room (while I waited in the waiting area) ON CRUTCHES and was specific about wanting a CBD oil product for the pain in his back and his sciatica. The budtender recommended two products for my husband to choose from and said that he himself had back pain. He recommended the product we ended up purchasing. The tincture we purchased had no effect on pain and wasn't even marketed as such. After contacting the dispensary at the Obama/Exposition location by phone we were told by a worker that all of the CBD products were for pain. This sounded pretty wrong to me, especially after I researched the product online and CBD products in general. The worker was pretty emphatic about this despite the fact that the product was really only sold as a health and wellness aid (sleep and relaxation) Now, we are out a hard earned $43 after talking my husband into trying CBD oil specifically for his health ailment. Now I know we will have to find a dispensary specifically for medical issues only and not purchase our products from here. You guys might want to come up with a better way to education your workers and handle dissatisfied customers.

While in the venue to get CBD oil (with hopes to put a halt to my anxiety/SEIZURES and overall issue, I had a seizure inside😕. Unaware of what was going on, I was escorted out the venue by Security. I was almost ran over by cars on Obama RD. I called the next day to ask what happened, I was made aware that I had a seizure and was told they had it on camera and therefore was BANNED and could NOT return. Can’t order and pick up, NOTHING. Aside from that, I saw a young lady worker at the corner store and she CRINGED at Me. Very disappointed as whoever’s reading could imagine as I felt embarrassed and helpless. I could’ve been killed with being forced out after a full blown seizure and told to “shoo”.. very foul!😔
