OG Collective - Hawthorne

Tried two days now to place pickup order both days never gets filled even ordered twice one day and reply to the text asking what was taking so long and it would be done today after waiting from 11 to close. Thought maybe it was just an app malfunction but I ordered from a different dispensary and then went to fine

The OG Collective is a class act in every way and have some of the freshest and highest quality flower in town. I do like this location because it is close and all the bud tenders are really nice (the mellow Hispanic guy introduced me to many of my favorite strains). The only thing I dislike about the Hawthorne location is that the prices are more expensive than the other stores. Why does the store in the poorer part of town charge more than the store in the wealthiest sector?

false advertising, and perhaps a little bait & switch, price online lower than quoted price. they said because the lower price is for medical even though the strain I was looking at was clearly marked recreational. they were not exactly friendly and refused to give me contact information.

A clean and comfortable environment with a helpful and friendly staff. It's a small space so beware what hours you visit, it gets especially crowded on the weekends and late evenings. You won't find the "crème de la crème" flower here but you won't beat the price for the quality they do offer. That is not to say you won't find top-shelf buds here at times. If you're running low on cash, you'll find a daily sale here @ $15 an eighth. It's a toss-up on the quality of this stuff but for that price, you can't complain, and if you keep an eye on their website's menu, you can sometimes find a really good deal that cannot be beaten. The pre-rolls are almost always good. I like to grab them as a means to test a strain and I have only had one experience that left me not completely satisfied with the quality. I will only grab concentrates and edibles from time to time but the concentrates I've gotten from this place were really good and very cheap. Edibles I grabbed were bunk but that's the chance you take with edibles as far as I'm concerned.

One of my favorite dispensaries in Salem! If you're looking for quantity and quality OG Collective is the place to go. Great deals and prices on the entire menu and service is good!

used to be my favorite location but they raised their prices. and the oil/shatter always have the same nasty taste no matter what you take home

This dispensary had a very clean and friendly environment. Check in went quickly and all the stall I interacted with was very helpful and seemingly knowledgable. I was also appreciated as a medical patient, which is nice now that we are lost in the the sea of rec users. They also had some pretty fantastic prices on wax. I can't wait to go back and try their flower besides just the house pre roll I got. I would highly recommend to anyone as one of the finest dispensaries in Salem.

I bought a ten pack of joints.got home and found them lacking. Suppose to be .5g per instead I received these sad joints. One lf them literally was less than an inch long! Quality control issued or what? I buy alot of joints but im not taking s chance again w further until it is fixed!

I won't be ordering from them again. I put in an order on their website and instead of actually calling or texting me to let me know they were out of that strain, they waited for me to show up so I could drive across town for no reason. This is not the first time they have failed to update their menu on leafly. They blame leafly for the errors, but it's their responsibility to make sure their menu is up to date. I'm so angry. Not every strain works for every person. And I am sick and tired of dispenseries deciding they will do online ordering but not uphold their end of the bargain. IF YOU ARE OUT OF A PRODUCT, YOU DON'T GET THE ORDER AND THEN LET IT SIT THERE FOR 3 HOURS UNABLE TO FILL IT HOPING THEY WILL BUY SOMETHING ELSE BECAUSE YOU FORCED THEM TO COME TO YOUR STORE FOR NO REASON. If I could use stronger language, I would. But this is irresponsible and typical of this chain. I thought I'd try another time but clearly they have no intention of actually serving leafly users.

I love visiting this location in person. However, every time I try to order something for pickup, I get there & they never have what I wanted. Maybe try keeping available product more up to date on this app.

OG on Hawthorne is my go to store for all I need. Best prices in town and a great selection of quality flower. Manager Tristan is the man. Always helps me out and gone over and above on returns or exchanges. Top quality store, management, service and product. Love u guys...

I’ve been coming here since there was only one or two shops. Always nice bud tenders, open atmosphere, and low prices. I’ve never been disappointed with cannabis from this dispensary. One of my top three for sure.

I stopped going to other shops in town about a year ago when I found this place. There are so many reasons why I would pass at least 4 or 5 dispensaries on my way to the OG. The location is most definitely not convenient for me- although being right off the freeway makes it overall extremely easy for most everyone! When you first walk into the shop you notice right away it's well lit and has comfortable chairs to sit in, should you ever have to wait. I should note that I have never ever had to sit in the waiting area, there is always ample staff ready to help. Once you get checked in, a door opens and you can behold the wonder...it's like what I imagine Oz would be like (the good Oz, not the prison Oz). I want to point out that every single employee I have interacted with has been AMAZING! They actually make me feel valued as a customer, rather than just another $40. The owners have taken the time to hire the right people for their job- from the bud tenders to the people making the oil. The quality shows. I can't wait to see what 2017 will look like 👊🏼✌🏼

this use to be my favorite place but now the wax prices have raised and I won't ever come back I am very disappointed empty promises guys remember ?
