OG Collective - Hawthorne

Has anyone weighed their bag to check weights? I see lots of good reviews but OG Collective offers 10% off for reviews. I have been to this location 2 times. 3 eighth from them and all of them were short .5 grams. So my last visit when I got a quarter, I was seriously shorted 1 gram. I will never return to OG Collective. I knew there was something funny about a place that does not weigh their product out in front of you.

What to say about OG? well let's start with... 1st: They don't have the best price in town. 2nd: The quality of the weed is mediocre and seedy at best. 3rd: The atmosphere is horrible. The music is inappropriate and very loud. 4th: The service is slow and they talk way to much about personal nonsense. Maybe if the employees were interested in what the customer has to say instead of want of what kind of weed they want to grow or what weed they are interested in. Employees talk smack about other customers while there are customers inside, very unprofessional. Overall my experience at OG was not great. I'm definitely taking my business else where.

Fantastic selection and great prices. Add great service and you have a winning combination. Plus they have 3 pack pre-rolls for cheap.

Good location but bought a thc pen style vape and took a few pulls off it and it was fine then the pulls got harder and harder then started to get oil in my mouth tried to take it back for someone to help me get the issue fixed and nothing was done pretty much just threw my money away with no help from any of the employees there....this used to be my favorite spot to go but I'll be looking around for a new place p.s battery is fully charged and tank has oil

Their budtenders are very friendly, if not always knowledgeable. Definitely have some decent sales when you are on a budget, but even when we are not I have personally never gotten anything remarkable from here. I also haven't gotten anything I would consider bad, though.

i have worked here for almost two years. I enjoy all the customer and love the OG vibe. if you want to try so good flower or BHO I definitely would come check one any of our three soon to be four locations!!

No doubt about it very best shop in town! The products, prices, quality and especially the people overall only place with shopping in the Salem area. They usely have a large selection of both flower and concentrates, of course since they are the best shop they get low occasionally. But their website makes it easy to not only view current inventory, but place online orders for pick up or delivery or even just price things out. Also the daily discounts are the best in town! Even when I had bud I was less than happy with, not only did I go back but they genuinely seemed to care! Offering me a discount on my current purchase. And also letting me know that they do take returns/exchanges with your receipt. All around best place people and buds:) Keep up the great work OG crew!

This is now the second time I have come to this dispensary after looking at the deals here on Leafly without them honoring them.the flower is good but the customer service sucks and they bait and switch tactic to get people in is pretty unethical

Also if you buy the wrong accessory and it’s not broken it’s YOUR OWN fault for not knowing better or reading their LONG bs return policy on their computer, the only place it’s located btw. You can’t even exchange shit and pay the difference. They blame it’s not their fault it’s your fault and the OLCC. I agree with the other reviews, turn your crap music down. Your way better off going someplace else with better pricing and flower. Higher thc flower at other shops too. Their treatment deserved two bad reviews.

I went in to get the $90 oz special and it was definitely better than expected- they always have a $90 oz and it’s always a good bud for the price-

Saw on leafly 16 bucks per 8th got charged 24 bucks and the THC level was 4% lower than advertised. long time customer but this was sketchy. green crack strain 12/16/19

Og Collective has some really great products and has some of the most reasonable prices in town. That being said, things have changed. The menu and specials are not being updated regularly, the service is getting sloppy, and they're having a hard time keeping their products on the shelves (good for them, not for the customer). Don't like having to settle for inferior products when the ones advertised aren't available. While they may not be purposely trying to "bait and switch" that's what it's starting to feel like. C'mon guys you were the best! What happened??
