Northwest Cannabis Connection

Northwest Cannabis Connections is quickly becoming my go-to shop. The people are friendly and knowledgeable (except some of the new hires, but they're getting there), and the prices are good. They even have a smallish selection of bongs, pipes, and dabbing rigs that are very reasonably priced. The selection is huge, and the brands that NWCC carries are great - Doc Croc, Forte Farms, Harmony Farms, Avitas, and more. The only concern I have about this location is the sheer volume of choices. Normally, I expect to see at most two growers per strain on a recreational shop's menu - one somewhat budget and another that's mid- to top-shelf. Here though, you can have up to 5 or more individual growers per strain (Cinex, for example), and that can get confusing - should I buy the 3.5g of Cinex that costs $35, or $40? Selection is great, but the practical purchaser in me worries that this shop will close under the weight of its own options.

This has been one of those most disappointing shops I have ever shopped at. Three times I’ve tried shopping there and 3 times they didn’t give me what I asked for. This last time I asked for a heavy Indica, they gave me a 50/50 hybrid and when I brought it back with a receipt maybe 15 minutes later, unopened they wouldn’t exchange or return it and they even tried to defend the budtender saying they have mostly hybrids and maybe it was indica dominant. WHY WOULD YOU NOT TELL A CUSTOMER YOU ONLY HAVE HYBRIDS WHEN YOU KNOW THEY DON’T WANT ONE????? So they just take your money and don’t give a crap about earning any kind of customer loyalty or providing any kind of even decent customer service to make things right. They don’t seem to have a problem lying to their customers, or leaving out important information about the strain you want....and then leave you to find out on your own that they did not in fact give you a strain you wanted and you just got robbed blind because they get to hide behind their no returns or exchange policy and keep your money. I was excited for this place because it was close to my house, but I will NEVER shop here again until they find some integrity and actually give a crap about the hard working people who waste their money in their shop.

ually transactions are 5star I been shopping here for like 2 1/2 years and never had an issue. Since ordering online I had a couple major issues for me. 1st everything they have in stock don’t always make it to the online ordering which leads to my next problem. Without being online I should be able to add what’s not online to my order if it’s in stock but the bud tender today tells me I can’t I have to get at the end of the line to get an extra purchase WTF that’s dumb ass hell im already here ready to purchase it and if it was available online I would have added to online order what is happening to the customer service. Most of them cool but a few of them need to fucking go.. that’s all I will not be returning after my loyalty for 2 1/2 years.

My friends and I LOVE this place. The people are always super friendly and helpful. The random discounts and customer appreciate days are awesome🤠. Honestly, hands down one of the most consistent shops in town. I've never boughten a bad cart from there.

Since going to this shop for my cannabis needs I've felt increasingly better about my choice to support them/ their business. I usually frequent later at night and they're open till 11pm so it's nice, during the day it's always busy! Its a good sign a place is doing something right that's for sure. The line goes quickly as the budtenders are quick, kind, patient, educated, and willing to help others. Also large selection of every category dabs flower glass edibles all of it. Different days come with deals of the week. 10/10 Do suggest to anyone seeking cannabis needs of all sorts 😃🍕✌💃🏻🖤💣💥💨

NWC is a really nice dispensary without feeling hoity toity. They have a great selection and their prices are good. The best part about this store is the bud tenders. They are knowledgeable and down to earth. I've had one tell me I wouldn't like a particular brand/strain combo based on the other stuff I was buying. I appreciate a straightforward opinion even if it means I'm not spending as much.

The staff at NWCC, are amazing! I get a hug from the door guy, both coming in and leaving, they are all well informed of the products, help me with the best deal when I'm low on cash, lol. I've been coming here since they 1st opened and they treat me like family. J is the man!!! 😁 And Willa, Noone is gonna mess with you with him at the door!
