Says you are medically endorsed but did not accept my 2 page Health Dept authorization.Saying that I had to have the issued card and be in the data base.No you don't!Have had no problem anywhere else in this state(from Port Angeles to TriCities)using my authorization form.Now I just go across the street to the shop that takes authorizations.Fix this issue and I would be more than happy to spend my money here.

The building is very spacious and refreshing to walk into after making many trips to closet-like shops. The security is very professional and non-confrontational nor aggressive both in their body language or in their verbal contact. The bud tenders are pretty dope. Earlier tonight the hombre with the stache, helped me pick out an eigth of Champagne Kush that is some prime time gnarles barkley shwag if I do say so myself. The selection is enormous and they have a ton of halves for $80 $90 & $100 and I have tried all "qualities" and they are all pretty much equally as dank! One of the biggest glass/smoke wear sections I've seen in a dispensary (aside from split shops) I think, ever. Bottom line, getchyo ass here!

NW is the absolute best dispensary around!! I am a medical patient and ever since medical dispensaries are no more it’s been hard to find a shop around that can compare to medical quality and customer service! Outstanding people and even better quality of product! From a picky stoner.... this place is legit! 😎🤙🏼✌🏼

Been there once so far, but they've got 1g rocket cones for a 5 bucks. Not stellar weed, but a really great deal. Would definitely recommend.

I love it - a new Rec Weed store where an indoor grow shop used to be. Living in Lakewood, which opted out, I always have to drive across town for weed. This is why my cannabis shopping is usually combined with some other errand. NCC - you are my new stop whenever I go to my favorite garden place across the street - Mclendons. With gardening season upon us, I'll be seeing more of you. LOVE your real time menu sorted by price.

Used to be 5 stars until they decided to raise the prices on the RSO. Complained and they have treated me like garbage. FYI it’s medicine, it’s not for me getting high! Used to be a medical disp. Looks like they are just like BIG PHARMA

15 minutes drive

This has been one of those most disappointing shops I have ever shopped at. Three times I’ve tried shopping there and 3 times they didn’t give me what I asked for. This last time I asked for a heavy Indica, they gave me a 50/50 hybrid and when I brought it back with a receipt maybe 15 minutes later, unopened they wouldn’t exchange or return it and they even tried to defend the budtender saying they have mostly hybrids and maybe it was indica dominant. WHY WOULD YOU NOT TELL A CUSTOMER YOU ONLY HAVE HYBRIDS WHEN YOU KNOW THEY DON’T WANT ONE????? So they just take your money and don’t give a crap about earning any kind of customer loyalty or providing any kind of even decent customer service to make things right. They don’t seem to have a problem lying to their customers, or leaving out important information about the strain you want....and then leave you to find out on your own that they did not in fact give you a strain you wanted and you just got robbed blind because they get to hide behind their no returns or exchange policy and keep your money. I was excited for this place because it was close to my house, but I will NEVER shop here again until they find some integrity and actually give a crap about the hard working people who waste their money in their shop.

ually transactions are 5star I been shopping here for like 2 1/2 years and never had an issue. Since ordering online I had a couple major issues for me. 1st everything they have in stock don’t always make it to the online ordering which leads to my next problem. Without being online I should be able to add what’s not online to my order if it’s in stock but the bud tender today tells me I can’t I have to get at the end of the line to get an extra purchase WTF that’s dumb ass hell im already here ready to purchase it and if it was available online I would have added to online order what is happening to the customer service. Most of them cool but a few of them need to fucking go.. that’s all I will not be returning after my loyalty for 2 1/2 years.

Northwest Cannabis Connections is quickly becoming my go-to shop. The people are friendly and knowledgeable (except some of the new hires, but they're getting there), and the prices are good. They even have a smallish selection of bongs, pipes, and dabbing rigs that are very reasonably priced. The selection is huge, and the brands that NWCC carries are great - Doc Croc, Forte Farms, Harmony Farms, Avitas, and more. The only concern I have about this location is the sheer volume of choices. Normally, I expect to see at most two growers per strain on a recreational shop's menu - one somewhat budget and another that's mid- to top-shelf. Here though, you can have up to 5 or more individual growers per strain (Cinex, for example), and that can get confusing - should I buy the 3.5g of Cinex that costs $35, or $40? Selection is great, but the practical purchaser in me worries that this shop will close under the weight of its own options.

Clean shop. Friendly service. Budtender helped me get the best deal suited for my needs. Excited to find this nice shop closer to home!
