Been a customer since opening day and also since day 1. Love the atmosphere and the bud tenders are always polite and customer service is A++ Darius has been a great bud tender as well and always have a the information whenever I need about Buds or any product! Highly recommended!!!

I've been to every dispensary in Massachusetts, and Northeast Alternatives is BY FAR the best one!! They treat you like a human, not a cash flow source. Great people and knowledgeable, but second time they gave me the wrong strain. Not going back, especially with a BUNCH of new dispensaries opening close to them, AND second time my preroll wasn’t packed right. 🤦🏽‍♂️🤦🏽‍♂️🤦🏽‍♂️

I loved everything about it. Richard F. has been awesome the few times we've done business. He is definitely a credit to your organization. I have almost 50 years in retail sales and management (before my retirement ), and I have, most assuredly, a very keen eye and ear for salespeople/clerks/ and managers and their interactions with customers, including me. After thousands of employees under me, and hundreds of thousands of retail customers, I know people who actually care and those who are bullshit artists! I feel good coming here, and I love the rustic atmosphere in the store. I also compliment you on having adequate staffing the few times I have been there. There is not much worse than getting to a counter to spend my money, and see 35 customers and only 2 clerks to handle it. Again, congratulations to Richard F. Every single time I come in here, everyone is so helpful and informative. I recently had an inquiry and used the chat feature online. Richard F. answered the chat and my questions and was super pleasant to communicate with. I have gone when there are both lines and no lines and even when the lines are a few people deep, it moves fast. The best part is despite that, you never ever feel rushed in making a purchase or like you are asking too many questions. If you are in the area, in my opinion there's no better place to stop in.

This has been my go to recreational use dispensary since legalization. I always find the selection, prices & stock to my liking. Today I was browsing online ahead of a planned shopping trip. I had some questions and sought recommendations. For the first time I utilized the Live Chat feature via the website for the Fall River location & was NOT disappointed. Richard F. was able to make some great recommendations on both vape cartridges & edibles, with ease. He asked a few follow up questions to ensure he understood what I was looking for, which is the tell for good customer service!! He was prompt, knowledgeable & friendly. Give that man a raise! I have yet to be disappointed with Northeast Alternatives.

I try and stop by whenever I'm in town. They always have a killer selection and the budtenders are insanely helpful! They've all had amazing recommendations everytime I stop in, but I gotta give a shout out to Heidi on the flower suggestions!!!

This is my go-to dispensary & Steven is my go-to budtender. He’s so knowledgeable that he just asked me what I’m partial to & helped me select my order from there. I am always satisfied with my purchase, in part thanks to the awesome selection at Northeast, & mostly thanks to Steven’s expertise. Don’t go to Nature’s- they overcharge. Don’t go to Cosmo- it’s a hit or miss & the hits are usually one hit wonders. Northeast covers all the bases.

Kayla A. Helped me pick out the perfect strain for my Friday night. I was nervous at first because I was going on a smoke date with my girlfriend. I explained to Kayla that I wanted to avoid our experience from because a zoned out head high date. Kayla A. Then recommended Northeast's award winning flower Golden Goat. Needless to say by the end of the night I realized Kayla in fact was the goat for recommending this strain! I am a happy customer and will continue to visit Northeast regulary!
