I come to NE about once a week, I’ve been a customer for about 2 years now. All of the staff are always friendly and honest about the strains offered to patients. The bud tender I had was Kayla and she helped me choose 2 new strains I had never tried based on her recommendations.

Loved all of it. Lexington Mt bud tender was was awesome 👌. I did a bulk purchase and it was great. she helped me the whole way. I'll be seeing her more when I come back for future purchases. she's 👍

I was having trouble finding availability for the products I was shopping for over a number of weeks and saw that they have a live chat option if you need help but decided I wasn’t going to bother with it because I just figured I would get some annoying canned reply that would frustrate me even more having wasted my time and I sort of figured I would just end up talking to a robot anyway. BUT, last week while checking their menu online something made me click the chat option and I was connected with Richard who could not have possibly been more receptive in terms of my issue and ongoing frustration. By the end of the chat, this man had become my hero in the entire universe of customer service professionals. He went above and beyond to help me out .... actually wayyyyy above and wayyyyy beyond what I anticipated from a customer service chat. Seriously,, it truly blew me away. If anyone reads this and has been in that position where you think a customer service inquiry will just be pointless due to nature of issue and the assumption they won’t be able to help you - well, I encourage you to reach out in the case of Northeast Alternatives. I was so thankful to him and to whatever clicked in my mind that made me decide to finally click that chat button. I think the fact alone that they offer this sort of ez access to prompt customer service while you are on the site speaks volumes of the establishment and management at ne alternatives - so I guess it makes sense they have high caliber employees like Richard who seem to genuinely want to help you if there is any way they possibly can. He truly made my day. I suspect they take good care of their employees because I know there is no business owner who would want to lose such quality people like him especially but also others that I encountered later that day when I visited in person.

NEA (NorthEast Alternatives) Marijuana Dispensary in Fall River, MA is my favorite - above all others. Prices are fair, awesome daily deals, great selections of products and Richard F. in Customer Service was extremely knowledgeable, professional and patient with my 100+ questions. Truly a gem! Richard took the time to educate me on many products sold at their dispensary and the effects to expect. As a medicinal user - I have found great relief from back pain and stress/anxiety with NEA’s tinctures and edibles. I reside on the South Shore of Boston and it’s an easy highway drive and well worth the trip! I would highly recommend taking the journey to a great experience.

Honestly, I have nothing but good things to say about Northeast Alternatives in Fall River. My budtender Becca couldn’t have been more personable and made my first time there worth returning. Covid tents being heated was a nice treat and the bud train moved smoothly to check out. Should definitely check them out, worth the ride.

I visited to help find a sleep aid, i spoke with a budtender named Jasmine who recommended a cartridge and I'm really impressed with how lovely my transition to sleep has been. I appreciate you Jasmine! Ill be back! Also appreciated the warmth in the tent! 😊

I have been going to NEA since they opened and this us my first time reviewing them, the product is always top notch and the staff knows their stuff. Special thanks to the online team for hooking me up with info about my favorite strain this morning. And special shout for Jeff at the pick up window for making things quick, easy and being super friendly.

My girlfriend and I went to this dispensary for the first time, coming from out of state. The whole process, from parking attendants until checkout, was the most professional. Kirk took care of us and was very knowledgeable, kind, and professional. I have nothing negative to say about the experience at all. He answered all our questions happily and was not pushy about anything and gave his honest and personal opinions. While I haven’t tried the product I purchased yet, I would come back myself and highly recommend this dispensary for their top tier service and professional atmosphere.
