Nirvana Center - Prescott Valley

New to Nirvana and am extremely disappointed by quality of their flower. Picked up a BOGO after being told Grown4 is a good grow. Horrible flower. Dry and not potent at all. Thought it was a fluke so go back and buy a premium 8th of Potent Planet. Looked great in jar. Get home and it grinds to literally a powder. $55 down the drain. Smoked it, tasted good but no potency either. Thinking maybe old product being sent to this place, super disappointed. Hope they improve what they're carrying. SWC is the way to go in this area!

I stopped by because I was passing through Prescott and this place was bad ass!!! It’s definitely my P-town spot to stop for meds! Everyone was cool and genuinely nice. I was never rushed and I was educated on their medicine. And their bud was amazing!

If 1st impressions mean anything. This place nails it on every level. Professional, informative and friendly. This was a very comfortable visit for a new card holder. Also the 10 percent discount for being a vet was the icing on the cake. Thanks to Uma and J for making that happen.

I had to leave a comment on Yavapai Herbal PV, because I have been So disappointed with the service my last two visits. On my last visit, I spent nearly $300, and I came home to find A) all of my eights weighed .5 grams low. :( And B) The girl who waited on me could only seem to think and talk about closing, and gossiping with a co-worker about another worker taking a handful of pre-rolls before she left (as she's weighing everything light) - and what is more inappropriate is that whoever she was talking to seemed to be in charge as he complained, "She's costing me like $10 each day when she takes 6 or 7 pre-rolls!" So the customer hears the markup, the Big markup...Not Cool Guys!!! -- Later I read on a coupon that if I had bought 2 more grams, I'd of gotten 3 free. I Really wish she'd of told me about That! Previous to this, I had a guy wait on me who was just out of it, didn't know what strain was what - just talked about how he didn't want to lose his job... And he forgot to put two grams of hash in my bag!! Sorry guys, but you were doing really well there for a while, please get back up to par, so you're worth the time and money spent.

Great experience...I am super loyal to the Cottonwood location but wanted to visit their sister store to see what it was about. Fabulous people at both locations!!! Great product too!

I was helped by a guy named Chris when I first walked in. He was very friendly, helpful, and gave me opportunities to understand the different kinds they had and their properties for supporting pain. I wish I could give more than 5 stars for this guy, because he was all out amazing for help!

Been here many many times. Best despinsary in the Prescott area. However, last time I went in, I found that they have what seems to be an armed guard now, who open carry's a handgun on his hip. Found this weird considering the sign on the door that says "Weapon Free Zone". And as a CCW holder I don't understand why my weapon is not allowed but his is? Also found he was VERY rude. Referred to me as "Bro" multiple times, then one more time after I explained to him I'm not his "Bro" I am "Sir" and a paying customer. And tried to tell me they were closed even though I came in the unlocked door, at 9:01, and the open sign was on and flashing "OPEN". Not only that but my card was already in the hands of a budtender who said "Its no problem let him in!". Then while making my selections I noticed the same armed man Mean muggin me from across the room, dirty look on his face. Then when I returned to my vehicle, I noticed the same man AGAIN giving me dirty looks and staring at me and my truck from the front door as I pulled away. Completely unprofessional.

Continue with the best prices in town. Bubmasters are knowledgeable and always friendly.

Need a shade for people standing outside. For some reason has a lobby that they don’t use instead have people wait outside while 1 newer person checks people in. Then doesn’t bother to explain their ridiculous set up inside. Once in the back you wait to have your name called. Privacy reasons this has been eliminated from most dispensaries. Step up your game!!

For some reason there are a lot of items available in store that don't get listed on their online menu here, or on their website for online orders. Nothing from Drip Extracts, no listings for High Grade concentrates or Kaya infusion. You posted the Drip and the Kaya on your Instagram. Kinda silly to post things on social media and not list them on your menus. How would anyone put in an online order for those products? Please update.

My only complaint is I signed up for the text deals, got a text today went to Prescott Valley to get the deals in my text and was told I cant use them cuz those are a Apache Junction deals, I signed up under the Prescott Valley page why recieve one I cant use they really need to fix this!
