I just have to say that every single budtender,manager, inventory and higher up's do their best everyday weather the website is updated or not! (I know you're all doing the best you can) I give you all a shout out 😉 you guys are kicking all kinds of butt! & those of you who aren't taken this review thing seriously and only write okay just to get a free pre-roll should really be ashamed! don't mess it up for the patients who appreciates anything free to the fullest! great place side variety..and employees where very knowledgeable

so for my very first visit to the pv dispensary i was shorted about 5 grams on an ounce... it was shake and was being poured into several containers over a lengthy period of time. i dont think it was intentional but 5 grams is a big deal, ecspeically when several grams were "junk stems" hidden in the shake. i discovered the weight was off as i was switching containers to store in my fridge, placing them all in 3.5 amounts i found myslef looking at less than 6 containers with 3.5(some of that was do to stems, but there was a little over 5 missing.i am not sure if a bottle was left out entirely, as i had several and the missing amount was significant enough maybe it got forgotten? i know my server had alot of other things going on that day and it was my first time and he was trying to get the new patient things together while the phone was going in a busy time as is. please have a manager contact me?

Great people, good overpriced product. Only complaint is the owners should move to a better location with better parking. The receipts are very hard to read. Have had to return several times for overcharges. Only one phone line takes multiple attempts to reach anyone. They should put in a system to order online. Print the order, package it up, would really help with efficiency on the over worked staff!

I am really impressed with the atmosphere when you first walk in the waiting room is nicely decorated and warm and inviting. I have been to several dispensaries and none of them have the atmosphere that Yavapai Herbal does!The staff is very friendly and have the knowledge they need to help people like me that has multiple medical issues.I couldn't be happier! So all my thanks to Yavapai Herbal and all the people that work there! I'll be back

The location is tight and cramped at some times but they always are improving the store and making sure the patients are taken care of. Shout out to Erin for helping me with my budget, and reweighing my bud again. Thanks for making it a very enjoyable experience!
