Never bad when I go there always has deals and good prices

This is a great place, the bud tenders are knowledgeable and helpful with tips and personal experiences with great inventory to back them. The only thing I would critique about this place is the waiting room needs little more ambience. It is very busy and stuffy so do you plan before you go. Pickups are quick and easy you can even schedule for delivery same services provided if not more. Just my two cents..

this place is the tits i do not even look at the menu I simply ask and these young folks will always recommend the very best they are almost always correct give them the cue on whats hurting or so and they know there stuff well trained and staffed with pot smart folks. prices are a little high but ok

Ok i will give props to the receptionist they do well. My concern today was when i called in 10 minutes earlier asking for the wait time debating whether to call in or wait. I was told wait time would be ten minutes. There were people around the block, so i asked the security guard about the delay. Afterwards i was greeted by about 5 people flipping me off and calling me faggets. I am a veteran with PTSD, so this behavior does not my fly in my book. The worst part was i was reprimanded for sticking up for myself basically told to leave after being called a fagget and threatened to fights.... I have been using this store for over 5 years and i have never been so disappointed, mostly because the manager had already picked the wrong side. When i speak to a secuirty officer that is my right. You do not get to interject period. I would like serious application to be done and i will be checking... and i will need names of both managers along w the video tapes thank you.

I have visited this Shop about 4 times in the past 3 weeks. Overall good variety, good quality, and decent prices. That would add up to a solid 4 star dispensary, but there are a couple issues. The second to the last time I was there I waited in the lobby, picked out my buds and was ready to check out when the bud tender suddenly noticed I was going over my state limit. I left with nothing and wasted 45 minutes plus $10 in gas because they didn't check the limit first. Tonight (7/9/17) I visited again and waited 30 minutes in the lobby to get called back. I made sure everything was good with my limit first. I went to the back to pick out buds. Everything was good till check out (again). I had decided to use their ATM machine to pay for my order. The ATM machine would not dispense funds so I thought I would just use the card to pay. The bud tender told me that my card was not active and the transaction did not go through. I asked him to try one more time because my card has never had a problem and again it failed. I asked bud-tender if he would let me run to get some cash at the local bank and be back in 20 minutes to pay for my order. However, I was told that since it is near closing that if I leave they would not let me back in. I asked if I could save the order as a pick up order for the next day and the Manager didn't really want to do it and made sure I knew that I would not be getting Sunday (double) points if I picked it up the next day. I agreed and left to call my bank. It turns out that the ATM machine the dispensary has automatically raises a red flag with Chase. I was told as soon as I put my card in that ATM Chase deactivated my card for security reasons. Therefore, I couldn't even check out and pay with my card because of their suspicious ATM. Sometimes these things happen and I can understand that but I was getting no help or leeway from the dispensary to try and solve this problem and pay for my order. Again I lost 45 minutes of my time and $10 in gas and walked away with nothing. Its too bad because it is a decent dispensary with a lot of potential.

For some reason I keep getting burnt on my preerolls.. I'd have to say every single time ... I see them grab it I thought they put it in the bag,. Once I'm in the car and open the bag,no preroll.

Let me start by saying I don't smoke flower, I press it to make rosin dabs. I purchased 3 quarters yesterday from this location. I wasn't able to look through the containers last night, but when I did look through them this morning, over 7g of OG Ghost Train Haze was pure shake. There were ZERO buds in the whole quarter. If I would have been told that there wasn't much left of that strain, I would have chosen a different one. After I spoke with a manager on the phone, they told me all they could do was give me 1g for free. Literally, I cannot do ANYTHING with the full 7g quarter. I ordered BUDS, not SHAKE. Horrible experience, I will NEVER shop here again.

place is great! they deliver, big open in house area and they have big jars of dank just sitting out for display. would recommend. good movie.
