great atmosphere - spacious waiting area with complimentary coffee. staff is always nice and super helpful! louie IV has good taste - shoutout for the recommendations! they have a cool rewards program and take care of repeat customers. you cant beat the deals!!!! I Think This Might Be The Best Place Ever

First time I went everyone was so nice and kind and it was a quick process.

Nirvana has the best deals out of any dispensary in the west side . This is definitely one of my favorites.They have high quality bud and concentrates and friendly staff.If you have not been here yet I recommend you come on down.

I use to go here but the quality of the flower is gotten so bad I never goin back. Not to mention I have over 1500 reward points they told me I can pick out a 10$ tier quarter . After I spent over $1500$ on nothing but grow science flowers @45$ a 8th. the 10$ tier was so dry old and horrible. Horrible reward system.

I like the product and deals but this one dude with Afro curls idk his name but looks like Finn form stats wars sequels but had a green mask , that dude was ass at bud tending idk if he anted you leave already but my dude couldn’t talk or speak up or talk properly at that. Make him do the pre rolls in the back or something. I didn’t even say yank you to the fool. Change up nirvana Phoenix !

Great meds no matter your price range. Awesome Kickass budtenders. Havent dealt with 1 single budtender in here with attitude. They dont shove you out there with crap meds just to speed up the lines ither. Will defintley keep going back. Also they have wide variety of products weather you dab smoke flower or munch on edibles ✌👌

They do have a great selection & the cheapest half grams of wax available. $12.50. That's like the cost of a gram of flower so that's always nice. And it's multiple brands like Liquid Gold, Clean Concentrates (Nirvanas brand), Shady concentrates, and some Santiago & Dunbar wax. I am not happy with my last purchase Black Mamba crumble by MÜV - it was so dry that while trying to break off a dab it was cracking from it being dry and hard. You know when you break up a piece of Lunar Nugs/Moons Rocks (nugs rolled in Kief dipped in concentrate) how it breaks up? It was like that. Thankfully it didn't degrade the potency but it makes it hard to get on the dab tool.

So the selection of flower and edibles was nice. However don't waste your time with the online application as they made me redo all of it when I got there. The guy at reception was rude or dismissive. He clearly did not want to be there. Once I finished paperwork he gave me an order form and told me to look at the screen with what they had or go to the website and look at the menu there. I made my order and handed it back. Then I watched about 15 prople come through and go in front of me including another 1st time patient. Finally they asked if I had ordered. 20 more minutes and someone finally comes out to "help" me. He tells me the preroll I want and drove out of my way for is now down to 2. I adjusted and about 10 minutes later he comes back out and tells me the price. I looked at him funny and he was like oh, come on back. I gave him the money and asked to look at my bag. Turns out he had given me the wrong flavored edible. While he tried to figure that out and the very young "manager " that needed to fix it gave me a dirty look. while tgey discussed the next step I noticed a flower that was not on the menu that is one of my faves. I asked since we are fixing this can I get that as well. This required me to go back to the lobby while he did that. another 15 minutes and my order was finally ready. he said he was giving me a free pre-roll for my wait. Realized when I got home I had paid for that too. They also aren't offering any 1st time specials right now. I'd avoid them until after the virus scare is over. I spent 2 hours to spend almost $200. I won't be back. Clearly the employees don't want customers there. Only the security guard smiled except when the front desk had an argument with him about the procedure for taking orders. Place is unprofessional and rude. I probably passed 30 dispensaries between you and my house. I won't be that stupid again.
