So the selection of flower and edibles was nice. However don't waste your time with the online application as they made me redo all of it when I got there. The guy at reception was rude or dismissive. He clearly did not want to be there. Once I finished paperwork he gave me an order form and told me to look at the screen with what they had or go to the website and look at the menu there. I made my order and handed it back. Then I watched about 15 prople come through and go in front of me including another 1st time patient. Finally they asked if I had ordered. 20 more minutes and someone finally comes out to "help" me. He tells me the preroll I want and drove out of my way for is now down to 2. I adjusted and about 10 minutes later he comes back out and tells me the price. I looked at him funny and he was like oh, come on back. I gave him the money and asked to look at my bag. Turns out he had given me the wrong flavored edible. While he tried to figure that out and the very young "manager " that needed to fix it gave me a dirty look. while tgey discussed the next step I noticed a flower that was not on the menu that is one of my faves. I asked since we are fixing this can I get that as well. This required me to go back to the lobby while he did that. another 15 minutes and my order was finally ready. he said he was giving me a free pre-roll for my wait. Realized when I got home I had paid for that too. They also aren't offering any 1st time specials right now. I'd avoid them until after the virus scare is over. I spent 2 hours to spend almost $200. I won't be back. Clearly the employees don't want customers there. Only the security guard smiled except when the front desk had an argument with him about the procedure for taking orders. Place is unprofessional and rude. I probably passed 30 dispensaries between you and my house. I won't be that stupid again.
