I want to give more starts for service. you've been out of stock of the 1oz specials you've advertised for 12 days strait. I was there SIX of those 12 days, and you never had any to buy. I can't afford to buy 1/4oz every 2days just because your out of Discounts. we all want competitive pricing, but it's worth remembering, you sell medicine for often for people in pain, not party supplies. I'd rather have well priced products I can count on any day of the week, because I need it, than daily or seasonal flash sales that sell out all the medicine in my price range.

Horrible experience!!! I bought BOGO Moxie Carts to get home and discover they leaked halfway to empty! I called in and they told me to come back. I went back and they did not exchange them, gave me my money back, and said there was nothing that they could do about my allotment!!!😡😡😡😡 I will NEVER spend a $1 here AGAIN!!!

False advertising... text you in the morning that deals are there you show up and not. then you get bait and switched for less quality or something twice the price of text promotion. then they offer you a gram for your troubles... managers blame promoters and no other form of compensation. I called four times and emailed to speak with a manager about problems I was facing. I was called back zero of those times.

Absolutely love coming here, this is the only shop I have been coming to ever since I got my card and they are so friendly and knowledgeable!! So far I’ve had Byron and Vanessa as my budtenders!

This location is always out of the specials they advertise . I went in today to get 2 $60 1/2 ounces of flower and 2 Venom X cartridges . They didn’t have any of either. This has happened to me many times in the last 6 months. Their shelves are always empty. Whoever does the ordering for this location should be fired. You can’t make money if you have no product to sell. Plus customers will start going somewhere else. I wound up driving all the way to Tempe a couple weeks ago because AJ had advertised Clean Cartridges and had none. The Tempe store was loaded with them.

I ordered on line from this place and they declined my order telling me what I ordered was no longer available, so I order something else. I get a confirmation that my order was ready, so I wait 2 hrs to pick it up I rode my bicycle 2 miles in 100 degree weather to find out they didn't have what I ordered. This place has the worst weed, and prices they don't honor there deals, which they did to me the last time. THIS PLACE FUCKING SUCKS. Maybe bc it's in Apache Junction some of the stupidest ppl!!

So my problem is that every other week is some new rule or change of there deals I understand if theres a shortage due to increase demand cause of covid but then when you send me the text message everyday that should be updated before you send it out that thing have changed starting with 4 weeks ago I was told u could do the buy 2 get 1 free up to 5 time and I was able to do this on the natures wax the next week was told I cant do natures on that deal so I switched to mohave and was told I could still do up to 5 times the 3rd week no mohave so I did another brand still told uo to 5 times this week u had mohave but now I can only do the deal 3 times it's just bull crap people rely on these weekly specials because of how there checks land to get them by till they get paid again cause they live pay check to pay check and when u change your rules every week it makes it to where we no longer want to deal with you guys you need to get you deal straitened out with corporate and stop sending text without rules to the deals IRS very frustrating since u change the rules weekly

never had a problem before but don't give a lighter to someone if they ask for it in the parking lot the security guard might think your causing problems and take you off the premises that's what happened to me because I decided to help someone out and get a lighter watch out for the security guard he's a very mean person

Don’t pick up the gorilla glue #4 from red rock I spent 60 bucks on an eighth I crack it open and it smells like crap! It smells like and taste like it didn’t get flushed and hung long enough to dry!! Some really bad quality weed it makes me wonder who thinks this is worth $60 for an eighth!It’s more like a $25 eighth bag the way it tastes and smokes! Very disappointed I am really getting tired of spending almost $100 just to get really bad weed. If you actually let the customers smell it again We would be able to figure that out for ourselves but since that’s not possible we rely on you guys to put out good quality weed and that’s just not happening. I’m really just kind of tired of spending money on bad product. Let us smell it again so we know what we’re getting because if I was able to smell what I bought last night I WOULDNT of made the transaction!! Now I’m just left with a bad taste in my mouth.

Same stuff, different day. They have different employees everyday but the same cannabis everyday. If you want to compete with Nature's Wonder, DO BETTER!!!

I called in an order for curbside pickup. Got a text they were ready for me but I needed to report to the front desk? I go inside, wait my turn just like everyone else,got called back only to find my order wrong. I was supposed to get 4 ⅛s of Vegas triangle kush, instead there was 1. I told the gentleman the order was for 4. He appauligized and grab 3 more, I paid I left. Only to realize he pulled the okie doke on me and gave me 1 of what I wanted and 3 of desert storm which sucks! Kinda like buying off the street corner, showing you something nice, but sell you some bullshit! Wouldn't recommend and won't be back!

Started coming here when Gia started working here, she recommended nirvana an y’all have never disappointed. Amazing deals an people. Whenever Gia is at work there is just a different energy when you walk in regardless of the position she’s working check in, calling patients or a bud tender. I absolutely love her.

Nirvana is awesome, drive over an hour and a half to come here. They have the best deals hands down an change constantly so you always have variety that won't break the bank. friendly staff and high quality products. always will stop in and go out of my way to make a trip here before anywhere else in az.
