I was able to make it for the grand opening, so the wait was long, & they were under lots of pressure & time crunch so the service lacked a little but understandable in the situation. I was given My 1st time gifts & was pleased to see lots of high end sours on the shelf! I am not huge on concentrates but it appears this is where u would go to get them!! friendly folks, good flowers, nice place, etc. ill be back for SURE!

Third time here this place is amazing. Still waiting for the grape ape shatter to arrive. The pink candy honey crumb was off the hook. Must stop in and try this place out.

I walked in, loved the vibe, the decor...the front desk guy was super sweet. Got to the back and patiently waited my turn behind a couple medical patients. When I finally got to talk to the bud-tender tho... wow! Not sure what her problem was. Bad attitude, bad mood, whatever - I've been to a few dispensaries in the area, and this was definitely the least friendly and coldest interaction I've had. Not cool, chica! Better get on some of that sweet sativa you're peddling there! The herbs were great though!

I’m a regular here as I live in the neighborhood. Great shop, very friendly, great selection of edibles as well as flower.

What happened guys??? Last phone in order was mostly B-grade not up to medical standards. I see they say their shelves are getting low...little tip don't screw customers, you will get a BAD rep real quick if you bait and switch us. The Obama Kush is Great! But how about the other ten or so??? not so much

when speaking on the phone I believe I understood they primarily cater to HIGH THC sales, not so much CBD medicinal....... they wont even review a product unless it is more than their idea of potent?

I really wanted to love this place. After reading the stellar reviews on Leafly I knew I had to give it a try once I realized this shop was reasonably close to my place with very competitive prices and a tasty menu. The product is phenomenal. That, I cannot deny. The prices are great too. The selection is also pretty fabulous. They aren't one of those shops which charge 20-40% extra for recreational meds. But damn...I don't know if I came in on an off night or what, but I have never before been in a dispensary where the tenders were so unfriendly, aloof, and cold. Beautiful artwork on the walls simply can't compensate for lousy customer service. I felt really uncomfortable in there and couldn't wait to get my meds and go. It was my first time there, and probably my last time as well.

Stopped in to Next Level Wellness for their 7/10 event today and couldn't be happier! Got some awesome freebies including some glass! Picked up a couple grams of Willamette Valley Alchemy Shatter at an outrageous discount for the holiday and am enjoying some delicious banana kush right now. I've been going here for 3 years and everyone is friendly helpful and it's always a pleasure to stop in.

I've always liked this dispensary. Staff is knowledgeable and nice, and bud I've gotten is good quality. Parking lot kind of sucks but they have extra spots in the back.

It's really disappointing when the staff here don't always honor the 'buy three or more concentrates get five dollars off of each gram', especially when I usually buy around ten grams when I come in here! Sometimes they honor it sometimes they don't. So what's the deal here? This discount offer is the first thing you see when you go to the next level website. This is my only complaint otherwise your products are amazing!

so I went in a sceptical grower. after 30 seconds thru the door I was integrated in to a 4 way conversation with people who knew their shit. to say I was surprised would be an understatement. I give this place its rating for its all around chill atmosphere. good smoke good people and best of all good swag. attention dispensaries get more swag that's why my x-mas shopping was a pain in the ass. until I walked in and met my new favorite smoke swag distribution masters. # go Next level. Didn't really know what I was walking into, first time in a dispensary and it is a very professional atmosphere. The people treat you right and help you find exactly what's right for you, or what your looking for. They have very high quality medicine and other products. Great place to go, i definetly recommend to everyone to go check it out. For sure going back.
