Usually a decent selection and good deals if you go on the day for what you’re looking for, only issue with this place is some of the staff aren’t the friendliest and seem to be annoyed when you ask about the deals or products. Definitely a downer since they usually are always super smiley and helpful.

Your field marketing manager is extremely rude and did not have a good engagement with her ! It’s disgusting to have someone talk to you condescending and lack of compassion ! I think her name was Sarah, when I tried to speak to a manager to get their name. I don’t know what manager supports the lack of empathy and compassion that you need in order to work here. I will not shop here again.

This place is 10 times better than pharmkent! The staff was very friendly and cooperative and I had no issues whatsoever

Nothing like waiting 45 minutes with 6 people In line. This place cares about money and nothing else. I continue to travel 15 minutes more to accents because of quick in and out and great deals!

BEST STAFF! Hands down budtenders know their stuff and they are very fair in pricing but it feels like going to visit friends EVERYTIME!

High five to NCW staff. I utilized the curbside pickup and it was quick, easy. I called in ahead and Erin took my order. She also brought my order to my car when I arrived. Shes great! They were a little busy when I was there, but their process they had getting people in and out was running smoothly and even with masks on you could see they were all smiles. Keep up the good work guys, stay safe and sanitize.

Serving Natures Heritage RSO is false advertising. They know it is a POWDER... YOU know it is a powder. It is sold as an OIL and they are breaking it down into some powder to save money and giving a crappy product. Everybody I know who tried the powder has said it has no potency compared to the oil , myself included. Then to sell that mess for 75 dollars is rediculous.

Low scores aren’t a reflection of staff but of Maryland’s very silly security rules, it’s just weed make it like one of those liquor stores in the hood where everything’s behind the counter and some security glass. Prices only so darn high because of the overhead cost. My budtender was cool and brought an appropriate variety when I asked for something potent and terpy(2nd visit) got venom og. Good stuff, holds up in quality next to my homegrown but it’s $60 for an 1/8 so 🫤. First visit I got the red velvet x pancakes $40 1/8 and while it was decent it didn’t quite measure up to my standards(that’s on the grower though not the dispo) it’s a friendly place though, if it’s your local dispo and you don’t grow your own ain’t no reason not to shop their.

This place is outta this world, I don't know any dispensary with a menu like theirs and the staff are knowledgeable and personable! Great place to go weather your an old head or brand new!
