This NTI is a routine now. I like consistency! I was anti public transportation until I gave up my vehicle to go to Austria in 2017! I have a Vet metro bus pass and the bus ride from my new location is a lot less complicated! The ride to NTI is the only Metro ride I enjoy! Now it only takes 2 hours round trip vs. 3!. This MilanNTI store is awesome! They even helped me in the store get my MMC provisional letter uploaded into their system so I didn't have to find a printer or print it out! 2 past visits I missed out on my Veterans discounts because online orders default to no discount and I didnt realize it and the only clerk in the store that doesn't care I got him but I called the store and they gave me my discounts! And now that I have my MMC provisional I won't have to deal with that guy no more. Everyone else is awesome! The products are awesome. The only thing I have any negative news for is long lines, the place is like a Starbucks on certain days, but I don't worry about it with my online order and MMC, I go right in the express line and catch my return bus within 20 min every time! 10 stars! 🌟☆ 🌟☆ 🌟☆🌟☆🌟☆!

Check your products before you leave. I just purchased a Select Briq Gelato and its a dud, no oil in the cartridge at all, it was never filled. Its not natures treatments fault I just threw away $125 its Grassroots Cannabis that just screwed me

As always, the budtender was a sweetheart and pleasant to talk to. It was a mellow Saturday afternoon, and the experience was pleasant and enjoyable.

I ordered after open about 30 min and apparently they didn’t refresh their system so after work I ordered to make sure I would get the flower I wanted when I woke up before work and when getting their they couldn’t find my order and when they did it was sold out and the one they had other then that for the same price was not close to potency so since they didn’t offer anything else to make up for their mistake I guess I go with out for the day

Got an email saying order was ready to show up and they sold out of the product. When i told them i had the email saying my order was confirmed and ready for pick up they blamed on Leafly and iffered no alternatives. Horrible way to treat medical patients in my opinion. The guy was nice tho

I recently started doing online shopping and this experience is the best way to go. However, most of the employees are pleasant and knowledgeable but lately they act as if they could care less and some even downright disrespectful. Isn't the way to do business. Can't wait to see the new place next door open. Hopefully I won't have to come back

My budtender took what I wanted to smoke. And I formed me of his favorite cross with Permeant Marker, went with it and was EXTREMELY SATISFIED. Top notch service. BEST DISPENSARY IN THE QUAD CITIES, HAND DOWN!!!!

They’ve got all the overpriced strains you’ve never heard of.

Have been going here for a while and have had no major issues; occasionally what is listed in price online is not what is reflected on site so not certain for the error/discrepancy. Really enjoy having the ability to order ahead so as to make the trip take less time both in waiting in line and waiting to get the order to the tender. I place bulk orders to save more in the long run and not need to visit as often. However the last two visits, they have lost/misplaced the order. One order was found after being misplaced somewhere in the back and all items were in it so nothing more than a minor inconvenience. This last vist I placed an order within the first hour of opening and received no messages saying any issues with it. Upon arrival, the tender was not able to locate my order after looking several times. Upon not being able to locate it, they went ahead to re-pull the order. In doing so, several items were now out of stock and had to pick new items to replace, defeating the purpose of ordering ahead so as to save the items I wanted originally. I don't know if I've just gotten unlucky with the staff pulling my orders but these experiences have lowered my expectations overall; I still recommend this location and plan to continue being a regular patron.
