I’ve been here sooo many times and today I got a 1/2 oz of Kush Mints. It’s the best I’ve had so far from here! Deep, heavy body high. Super relaxing! NTI is a really overall chill spot, sometimes it gets a bit of a line but early mornings are best time to go!

This is where I GO, even though they have changed since the Rec side opened, but we knew that was going to happen. The service is ABSOLUTLEY INCREDIBLE, and the products are AMAZING when they can get the STUFF I WANT..lol...they do have an INSANELY DIVERSE menu, in all products. Since this is the closest one to me, besides Fulton, to which I HAVE NEVER BEEN, I am glad to have them here in Milan. FIVE STARS for Natures Treatment of Illinois!!!!

Facility was clean and organized - all staff present was inviting and friendly. The wait was maybe 10 minutes and I was on my way. Wish I would’ve purchased more but I’ll be back!

Love this place great products, knowledgeable staff. Can't wait until Illinois prices match Cali or Colorado prices. Again great place can be busy in the afternoon after "work hours" but worth the wait.

What about allowing online orders to go to the front of the line and go to a few dedicated budtenders?? This would speed up the lines.

There are 2 budtenders there, Jessica and Gabby. They always help me with what I am choosing. They are friendly, professional, and know their stuff.

The nice lady who helped me was so sweet and I was in and out in only a few minutes.

The staff was informative told me about my military discount and recommendations of doctor's to help me get my medical. In formed me what was best for someone with my health condition. I give service a 3 because we literally opened up our preroll 5 pack and it was empty. We LITERALLY only bought it because it was on sale from them….and they reward us with an empty box. Called and all they can do is some one give us credit towards it again like a week later. Sigh. I understand the policy….but I’m upset someone didn’t do their job and CHECK THE BOX IS NOT EMPTY BEFORE SELLING IT.

It was overall a good experience besides the rude guy checking ids at the door but besides that the bud tender and everyone else was helpful and nice.

A little busy but easy check in process, easy pick up process & budtender was knowledgeable!
