I ordered for curbside pickup—a professional-looking setting, though. The staff were pleasant, well-organized, and fast. Looking forward to coming back to shop inside. Pretty good variety of edibles. I’ll be back!

It is always super easy to pick up things. I always place an order online and do curbside pick up/paying. I’ve had to go in like 2 times and it has been wonderful as well, and to top it all off everyone is always super friendly

So this is a brand new location that I've been to now half a dozen times It has very reasonable prices not the lowest not the highest for the most of I would say you do get the best deal around they have amazing quality they're a well-oiled machine cuz I've never had an issue with anything I've gotten from them it's always been very streamlined very straightforward The downside is because of covered there's really no atmosphere there's no browsing there's no scene what's to be seen it's all online curbside pickup or pickup window in or out You really don't get the ability to talk to someone see what would be best for you or even potentially get people's opinions about any of the products which I did right accordingly it's unfortunate because there are other locations whether you're going to sanctuary or you going to patriot or countless others where you can go inside You can talk to these people You can figure out what works better for you what doesn't get their opinions on the stuff that they may have used themselves this is an extremely cold interaction a very good place to go to but at the same time I think it's mostly because of covered that you're not getting the service that these other places that have already been open and have done this for a while are able to offer that being said it's again a brand new building great architecture great landscaping amazing location but until they add more in the service and offerings of actual customer interaction it's still far from the best

Best dispensary ever

The service here is always great! I have stopped by about 3 times so far and have always had a great Experience! Staff is always super nice, It is super convenient to place your order on the website and it is in such a easy location to find to pick up! Bud quality and pricing is also pretty good! All around a great place!

Friendly staff and in a convenient location

I love to be able to order and pick it up!! Everyone I have dealt with so far (three times ) has been really friendly and helpful! I live closer to other places and take the ride.

Excellent service great staff

It keeps happening -- dried out flower. They blame it on the dispensary, but they sell their product. Yesterday's flower turned to dust upon opening. Dried out -- Dried out! They replaced it first time but wasn't much better. As long as the masses keeping bringing cash in no need to put fresh product out. What are they thinking putting bud in a plastic container with a snap lid and no moisture pack in a New England winter. Cant agree on the tested THC level either -- none of it works for me.

After calling customer service about THERE LACK OF SERVICE AND after I was mad and left he starts yelling at me? IF YOU WANT TO SUCCEED THEN DO NOT PISS OFF A CUSTOMER ESPECIALLY ONE THAT DOES REVIEWS FOR COMPANIES THAT SELL YOUR PRODUCT AND I WORKED QUALITY CONTROL FOR OVER 20 years AND I FIND YOU LACK IT FROM ALL THE REVIEWS

Always fast and efficient. Order online, show up with cash and head inside, or show up with your card and they come to your car. The only negative is they seem to be rotating strains of similar lineage around to recreational customers, and personally the strains they chose are the worst flavor profiles of any flower they sell. For clarification, the strains related to Mandarin Cookies or Gelato, or any of their lineage, have an incredibly overpowering taste that is not even remotely citrus as it is described, it’s just bad to me. The bud itself will get the job done, but I’d rather get something delicious that does the job just as well.

I’ve been to nearly every dispensary in MA numerous times. This place BY FAR blows away the competition. Quality bud is important but the service you receive is also top notch. You seriously don’t spend more than 5 minutes for a pickup. Compare that to the place down the road.... I’m a weekly customer at NR and wouldn’t think to go elsewhere.
