What a Scam...Got two of the same exact carts, one was full one was half full. Will not be going back. Sad...

So I visit this shop literally biweekly, and decided this time around instead of flower to grab another Natures Remedy cart. Big mistake. My cart was only half full and when I called and asked they said it was totally normal? I accepted that answer but in a day my cartridge is already gone. After non-heavy usage i'm pissed. I'm taking a break from this place. I just got swindled out of $120 for stuff that lasted me two days. I was a loyal customer but now I feel like i've definetly been lied too. Not seeing me for a bit.

This place is a sham. I got a cartridge, wasn’t even half full. I didn’t open it until I got home, had to drive 1/2 hr back (so one hour in all) to get them to replace it. GM would not refund or give anything for the inconvenience. She had to look through a TON of carts until she found a full one so make sure you check them Before you drive home. She took no accountability, said it was the manufacturers fault and basically deflected any blame and kept falling back on a state law of no refunds. Find a different dispensary!! Place is a sham

Like others, got jipped using the Nature's Remedy cartridges. We had one only half full and they refused to do anything about it. There is a much better dispensary nearby that will get our business from now on.

Would like some sativa flower options. But very efficient pick up service!

Caramel apple gelato I grabbed was not cured all the way and still was wet. Be ready for a $3 debit fee or to wait in line to pay cash. Staff was friendly and great.

This place is awesome. My wife and I get all our cannabis from here. Great strains. Good people. Price is crazy but that’s the taxes, so can’t totally blame them for that. Very highly recommend

I like that fact u make ur orders on line and they ready for the time u put or even early and is no waiting at all in and out we need more of this service is like a drive thru but u order on line great place i recommend to anyone

Came here for the first time last week. Since then I’ve purchased on 4 separate occasions! Great buds and great service! The pre rolls are bomb as well! Highly recommend! You can order online and By the time you go to pick up It’s ready waiting for you! Thanks nature’s remedy you’ve earned another happy customer!

This place is on the Ball. They have friendly, helpful staff and you can place your order online. They are much better than Patriot Care in Lowell when it comes to service. I am in and out of that place in 10 minutes or less each time I have been there. Very Organized. They have deals with new strains & they want your feedback on them. It is nice to see any kind of deal for the Recreational User. Patriot Care has zero deals. I would highly recommend this place to anyone who is into good product and great service.

My brother and I visited this location on opening day. It was busy, but we drove up, we’re served, and left all within 10 minutes. Order was perfect. Got a good mix from prerolls, flower, edibles, and airopro carts. Everything is top notch and the price is lower than other local options. Will absolutely be back.

My first visit and review went very smoothly however I received a dud preroll that wasn’t in the case - today I went back for my second visit and addressed the problem and the awesome GM Corey gave me the same preroll that I had lost! Thank you Corey and Natures Remedy Staff for being so understanding and awesome

ordered online, received immediate confirmation. Pulled in was greeted immediately and was on my way in under 5minutes. Got bud with 23%THC for less than another area shop. Cant rate the atmosphere because did not enter the building, but its a beautiful new construction and looks great on the outside.

Excellent professional atmosphere and love the location🔆 Curbside pickup was simple and quick! The assortment selected has been very much appreciated for the exceptional quality! I look forward to my next visit🎡

I’ve been waiting for this place to open so long it’s amazing!

I don’t want to compare, but the service and respect here goes above and beyond a place I’ll call “Batriot Bare” - parking clearly labeled and not a block away. It took 4 minutes in total for the transaction to be completed and I was back in my car. Leafly is honestly a bungle, so I spoke to a staff member who graciously took my order over the phone and it was ready on time. All around fabulous experience and I see a beautiful future for us 😉

Quick and easy

I LOVE this dispensary! They are currently only operating by ONLINE ordering which is actually incredibly convenient! I can just put my order in in the morning for after work and I know at 5:30 it's ready and waiting. Debit is pretty quick and all of the staff are super crazy nice, and actually have great info and recommendations (so thanks guys!)

I got an 8th and a gram of different strains and weighed each at home and they were spot on. The bud looks and smells top notch. Staff was somewhat friendly and quick for opening day. My only complaint would be that it was opening day and there were no deals or discounts available. Nor were there any goodies. Even a promotional sticker or free papers or something would have been a nice touch and is the reason I didn’t give 5 stars. First time at any dispensary I have gone to I have always gotten a decent discount or deal such as $25 off of $100 for being new customer. I will definitely be back Atleast once to give the shop another shot.

3/4 joints were non smokable due to stems breaking paper, joints were crumbly and torn….

Got a faulty vape cartridge, I'm not a fan of eating the oil. I literally burned 50$ for nothing. Stupid i am

I've been to many dispensaries and never had a problem, always a great staff and in and out quickly, but not here. Was waiting in line then was told if I was paying with debit I can go get my car and pull up for curbside so I do then I'm told because not everyone in the car is over 21 that I have to get out and go back in line (behind the new people who showed up). After waiting in line 2ce I get in and their debit system is down except for one that they were using outside. Instead of getting that one they had me standing there while they kept restarting the system. After about 30mins of waiting since I got there I canceled my order and left. Also the staff outside was not pleasant. I won't be back.
