I used think Native Roots was the best all around dispensary. From the quality and variety of their products to the friendly and knowledgeable bud tenders to the compassionate and helpful management team. I have been a member for a bit over a year and have been very happy until a few months ago.
The constant turn over of employees and the loss of quality management have seriously affected the variety of medical strains of cannabis available to patients. I have now walked out of native roots empty handed and in need of pain relief 3 times because they don't seem to cater to the medical patient anymore. All I wanted was a few .5 indica joints and I walked out with ONE sativa hybrid. After spending upwards of 20G at the Austin bluff store alone this past year I'm now looking for a new dispensary to call home. If you're a recreational user with a card this is this place for you.
I have been a loyal customer for years and I've always had a great experience from all of the staff members. My last visit was about 2 weeks ago and I was assisted by Alissa. She was courteous, patient and professional and I wanted to give her a shout out on a stellar job.
