One of my Top dispensaries in the Colorado Springs/Denver area..I love their flower and most all concentrates..Great and potent strains..also carries C.B.D.strains for the arthritis...like my Grandma would say in a spanish tone"para las rhumias""..5 stars definitely..Big outfit so many locations all over the front range..

I've hit up several dispensaries in the Springs, but none have even come close to Native Roots at Austin Bluffs - not in atmosphere, price, or expertise! My favorite budtender(the amazingly awesome and knowledgeable Miles) NEVER MISSES. I promise that if you can walk in and name the two most wonderful strains you have ever had, Miles can immediately tell you an in-stock strain that you'll love! Beyond great budtenders, this location has such a positive vibe and professional atmosphere. I feel like I can stop by anytime (day or night) and not have to worry about my personal safety. The entire place feels clean and comfortable. I can't say enough good things about Native Roots. I can't wait to go and have more stoner chat with Miles in the near future!

As someone new to MMJ, I love that the folks here are so helpful and non l-judgmental. They have been such a huge key in my healthcare. Amazing customer service, very knowledgable and the online ordering is absolutely amazing. I've recommended them to everyone I know. Wonderful caregivers.

The Wal-Mart of weed. I'm not big on corporatizing cannabis. Okay service. If you've been in one NR you've been in all of them, they look the same. I have anxiety and was recommended Sour Diesel, not good for anxiety :(

Hands down Native Roots is the best shop out there! Best quality in town! The lady above me stated the shatter is shit your crazy you find another shop that uses full flower for shatter!! I just recently switched over to this dispensary. They carry a strain of Harlequin in the canna sap. This is my holy grail thanks to Caleb who recommended it several months ago. I just want to say this is the sweetest most caring staff. Shout out to Daniel the manager who touched me with his kindness and my great salesman Myles. I'm going through a difficult period with putting my mom in hospice and Daniel's kindness really warmed my heart and made me cry. He said he just wanted to see me smile! This location has got the nicest folks in town working right there! Thanks so much NR!

I am a regular here. Everybody knows my name, and welcomes me. I feel very loved there, it truly is like a family. Matt and Dory are absolutely amazing, I love visiting and seeing them! The cannabis is wonderful! They have some strains with higher CBD... I've never gotten a bad batch from this location! Everybody is so knowledgeable and willing to help you, and there's a different deal for every day of the week. You get great prices and perks if you're a member, which I would highly suggest. I recently made the switch to Native Roots based primarily on their multiple locations throughout the state. I am so happy I made the switch! The staff are knowledgeable and friendly. The business is well merchandises, clean and bright. The prices are competitive in the market place but their flower is a notch above in my opinion. If you don't believe me... Go grab some White Fire (I) or Platinum Girl Scout Cookies (S).... Best in town hands down.

As a first-time red card holder in Colorado Springs, I recently had the opportunity to visit a medical marijuana dispensary and was blown away by my experience at this particular dispensary. From the moment I walked in, I was greeted by friendly and knowledgeable staff Chris and Amber who were eager to answer all of my questions and help me find the right products to meet my needs. The dispensary itself was clean, organized, and had a great selection of products. I was impressed with the variety of strains available and the different methods of consumption, including edibles, tinctures, and topicals. Chris took the time to educate me on the different strains and their effects, as well as the best methods of consumption for my specific needs, especially the edibles!! One thing that really stood out to me was the emphasis on safety and responsible use. Chris made sure to explain the importance of starting with a low dosage and waiting to see how it affects me before consuming more. He also provided clear instructions on how to properly use each product. And was pleasantly surprised by the education I received from Amber regarding the process of the medical marijuana plants transfers. As a patient, it can be overwhelming trying to navigate the legal requirements for growing, obtaining and using medical marijuana, but Amber at this dispensary took the time to explain the process in detail. Amber and Chris were extremely knowledgeable about the laws and regulations governing medical marijuana in the state, city, county, and they were able to answer all of my questions thoroughly and clearly. What impressed me the most was the staff's emphasis on responsible use and safety. They provided me with clear instructions on how to properly use medical marijuana and the potential side effects to look out for. They also took the time to address any concerns I had and provided me with resources for further education. The education I received from at this dispensary was mind blowing and outstanding!!
